Claims (7)
- 走行用の動力源として機能する過給機付きエンジンと、駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結された回転機とを備えたハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記回転機の所定上限回転速度に対して前記回転機の回転速度の余裕代が確保された許容最大回転速度を前記回転機の回転速度が超えた場合には、前記回転機の回転速度が前記所定上限回転速度に到達しないように前記エンジンの出力トルクを低減する高回転防止部と、
前記過給機による過給圧が高いときには、低いときに比べて、前記許容最大回転速度を低い値に設定する回転速度設定部と
を、含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記回転速度設定部は、前記過給圧が高い程、前記許容最大回転速度を低い値に設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。

前記回転速度設定部は、前記車両状態が前記所定車両状態であると判定された場合には、前記車両状態が前記所定車両状態でないと判定された場合に比べて、前記許容最大回転速度を低い値に設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記回転速度設定部は、前記車両状態が前記所定車両状態であると判定された場合にのみ、前記過給圧に基づく前記許容最大回転速度の設定を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記状態判定部は、前記ハイブリッド車両の走行路が前記駆動輪の空転が生じ易い路面状態にあるか否かに基づいて、前記車両状態が前記所定車両状態であるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記状態判定部は、前記駆動輪にホイールブレーキトルクを付与する制動装置による制動作動が制限を受けている状態であるか否かに基づいて、前記車両状態が前記所定車両状態であるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項3から5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記回転速度設定部は、前記車両状態が前記回転機の回転速度が前記所定上限回転速度に到達する度合が高い車両状態である程、前記許容最大回転速度を低い値に設定することを特徴とする請求項3から6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
