Description
さらにまた、軸受の長寿命化及び摩耗の対策として、フッ化水素酸による処理層を厚くすることが考えられるが、この場合、フッ化水素酸処理の時間の増加、及び保持器の強度低下を招くおそれがある。
さらに、前記金属部を構成する金属として、アルミニウム合金、チタン合金、ステンレス合金、又はインコネルを用いることができる。
さらにまた、前記摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂として、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを主とする樹脂を用いることができる。
また、前記保持器のポケット面及び案内面から選ばれる少なくとも一方に、前記連通孔の開口部を形成し、かつ、前記保持器のポケット面及び案内面に、前記摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂からなる層を形成することができる。
さらに、この転がり軸受をロケットエンジンターボポンプに組み込むことができる。
また、摺動樹脂部は、摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂を金属部が有する連通孔に流し込めばよいので、この樹脂が流動性を有する条件で処理することが可能であり、この樹脂としてPTFEの含有割合の高いものを用いることが可能となる。
さらに、金属部は3Dプリンタを用いたり精密鋳造で製造できるので、設計自由度が高く、製造が容易となる。
さらにまた、金属部を有するので、構造強度を高めることができ、十分な強度を確保することができる。
この発明にかかる転がり軸受11は、図1(a)(b)に示すように、内輪12と、その内輪12の径方向外側に配置される外輪13と、内輪12と外輪13との間に複数配置される転動体14と、複数の転動体14を周方向に沿って保持する保持器15とを備えた軸受である。
また、前記転動体14を構成する材料としては、マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼(SUS440C等)等の金属やセラミックス材料等をあげることができる。
また、この連通孔を規則的に設けた例として、図2(b)に示すような、金属部を立体的網目状格子16cとしたものがあげられる。この格子16cによって形成される空間部は、外部と連通しており、連通孔を構成しているといえる。この立体的網目状格子16cとは、図2(b)に示すような、直線状の金属柱をx軸、y軸、z軸の各軸に沿って等間隔に配し、x軸に沿った金属柱とy軸に沿った金属柱の交点にz軸に沿った金属柱を通した構造を有する。このような構造の具体例としては、各交点が単純立方格子を形成し、その各交点を三次元に連結した構造があげられる。
また、この立体的網目状格子の他の例としては、各交点が体心立方格子、面心立方格子を形成し、その各交点を三次元に連結した構造をあげることができる。
そして、この立体的網目状格子16cの空間部である連通孔21cに前記樹脂を配し、格子状樹脂部25を形成し、かつ、保持器15eのポケット面15f及び案内面15gの表面に前記樹脂からなる摺動層22bを形成することにより、図4(b)に示す摺動樹脂部23bが形成される。

Claims (5)
- 内輪と、前記内輪の径方向外側に配置される外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に複数配置される転動体と、前記複数の転動体を周方向に沿って保持する保持器とを備えた転がり軸受であって、
前記保持器は、金属部と摺動樹脂部とからなり、
前記金属部は、その表面に複数の開口部を有する連通孔を有し、
前記の連通孔を有する金属部は、立体的網目状格子を構成する部分を有し、
前記連通孔に前記摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂が配されることを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 前記金属部を構成する金属は、アルミニウム合金、チタン合金、ステンレス合金、又はインコネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを主とする樹脂である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の転がり軸受。 - 前記保持器のポケット面及び案内面から選ばれる少なくとも一方に、前記連通孔の開口部が形成され、かつ、前記保持器のポケット面及び案内面に、前記摺動樹脂部を構成する樹脂からなる層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- ロケットエンジンターボポンプに組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
