Description
に軌道溝を有する。なお、図5に示すように、内輪1だけにカウンタボア5を設けてもよい。
イットリア(Y203)およびアルミナ(Al203)、その他、適宜、窒化アルミ(AIN)、酸化チタン(TiO2)を混合したものや、アルミナ(Al203)や炭化けい素(SiC)、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、窒化アルミ(AIN)などを用いたものが挙げられる。
、タービン軸21に対してタービン軸21の段部26および間座27を介して軸方向に位置決めされた状態で中間嵌めにて外嵌されており、外輪2,2は、スリーブ25の内周面段部に対してすきま嵌めにて嵌合されているとともに、軸方向に間座を介在させている。そして、両側の外輪2,2においてカウンタボア9,9の存在する側の肩部が、それぞれタービン羽根車22、コンプレッサ羽根車23の側に配置される。つまり、転がり軸受Aが図4に示す状態で図12のコンプレッサ羽根車23の側に配置され、タービン羽根車22の側では転がり軸受Aが図4に示す状態を左右反対にした状態で配置される。これらの外輪2,2は、コイルバネ28によって間座を介して軸方向で互いに引き離される向きに弾発付勢されている。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも熱可塑性樹脂にポリベンゾイミダゾール(PBI)からなる粒子が混合されている材料を用いて形成され、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)とされている軸受用保持器であって、
外周面の軸方向中央部分に周溝が形成され、その周溝の底面でポケット間の領域に筋状ばりが形成されるとともに軸方向両方の周溝の壁面に連結されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製の軸受用保持器。 - 前記材料にさらに強化繊維が混合されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製の軸受用保持器。
- 前記形成が射出成形により行われていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の合成樹脂製の軸受用保持器。
- 合成樹脂を軸受用保持器の材料としかつ成形金型を用いて射出成形により前記保持器を製造する方法において、
前記材料として少なくとも熱可塑性樹脂にポリベンゾイミダゾール(PBI)からなる粒子が混合され、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)を用い、
複数の成形金型を用いて射出成形し、
軸受用保持器の外周面の軸方向中央部に周溝を形成するとともに前記複数の成形金型の合わせ面により形成される筋状ばりを前記周溝の底面でポケット間の領域に軸方向両方の周溝の壁面に連結して形成することを特徴とする軸受用保持器の製造方法。 - 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と外輪との間に配置される複数の転動体と、前記転動体を前記内輪と外輪との間に保持する保持器とを備え、前記保持器が、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂製の軸受用保持器であることを特徴とする転がり軸受。
- 過給機に使用される請求項5に記載の転がり軸受。
- ガスタービンの主軸支持に使用される請求項5に記載の転がり軸受。
- 工作機械の主軸支持に使用される請求項5に記載の転がり軸受。
- 200〜250℃の高温下で使用される請求項5ないし8のいずれか一つに記載の転がり軸受。
