Claims (18)
- アウターステータ(1)と回転軸(A)周りで回転可能に支承されたインナーロータとを備えていて、前記アウターステータ(1)が、
・実質的に半径方向に延在するコイル芯(5)を有する、軸(A)の周りに配置された複数の強磁性の極片(4)と、
・前記コイル芯(5)を被覆するコイルサポート(17)と、前記極片(4)の半径方向内側に延在する閉鎖された内周面(19)を有するスリーブ(15)とを備える射出成形された樹脂構造体(13)と、
・前記コイルサポート(17)上に収容されたステータコイル(10)を含んでなり、
また前記スリーブ(15)の内側にロータ(R)を配置してなる、流体装置用の電気モータであって、
前記樹脂構造体(13)がブシュ(14)を含み、さらにそのブシュが前記スリーブ(15)とそのスリーブを末端側で閉鎖する終端部材(16)とを含み、ロータ(R)が前記終端部材(16)内に配置された軸受け(L)内に支承される電気モータにおいて、
中性リング(12)は終端部材(16)のサポート要素(31)内に収容されるピン形状の中性接触子(32)と結合され、
極片(4)が半径方向外側でその極片に接触する中性リング(12)によって囲繞され、
前記中性リング(12)は終端部材(16)のサポート要素(31)内に収容されるピン形状の中性接触子(32)と結合されることを特徴とする電気モータ。 - 樹脂構造体(13)がエポキシ熱可塑性樹脂から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気モータ。
- 終端部材(16)上に少なくとも2個の支持突起部(27)を配置し、それに電子モータ制御機構を備えた回路基板(25)を固定することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電気モータ。
- 終端部材(16)に電気接触部材(35)のためのソケット(34)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- ソケット(34)をいずれも2個の極片(4)間の間隙に整列させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電気モータ。
- 接触部材(35)をU字型に形成し、末端が接触ピン(40)になる脚部(37)を有するようにすることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の電気モータ。
- 極片(4)が半径方向外側でT字型に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- コイルサポート(17)が半径方向外側で成形された終端プレート(22)に移行することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- ブシュ(14)内に、インサートシェルを埋入することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- スリーブ(15)が終端部材(16)と反対側に装置ハウジングに対する密封接続のためのシール構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- 極片(4)が半径方向内側の延長部材(6)の領域内で接続ブリッジ(7)を介して相互に結合されることによって組み合わされる極構造(3)の一部とされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- 極構造(3)を薄膜積層体から形成することを特徴とする請求項11記載の電気モータ。
- 薄膜のうちの一部のみが接続ブリッジ(7)を備えて環状に組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項12記載の電気モータ。
- 樹脂からその場成形されるものであって樹脂構造体(13)上に噴射成形された外被部材(46)をステータ(1)が備え、その中に樹脂構造体(13)がステータコイル(10)ならびに、存在すれば、中性リング(12)と回路基板(25)を含めて埋入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- 外被部材(46)と樹脂構造体(13)を同一の材料から形成することを特徴とする請求項14記載の電気モータ。
- ロータが薄膜積層体から形成されたコア構造(49)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- コア構造(49)内に焼結された永久磁石(51)を挿入することを特徴とする請求項16記載の電気モータ。
- コア構造(49)を少なくとも部分的に樹脂外被(52)によって被覆成形することを特徴とする請求項16または17記載の電気モータ。
