Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の排気系流路内に設けられたフィルタに捕集されている粒子状物質の崩落を検出する検出装置であって、
前記フィルタの排気入口側と排気出口側との差圧を取得する差圧取得手段と、
前記排気系流路内に水が発生したか否かを判定する水発生判定手段と、
取得される前記差圧が所定の第1差圧閾値以上又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が所定の第1堆積量閾値以上、且つ、前記水発生判定手段により水が発生したと判定された状態で、所定期間内に取得される前記差圧が所定差圧以上増加又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が所定堆積量以上増加すると、前記フィルタに捕集されている粒子状物質の少なくとも一部が崩落したと判定する崩落判定手段と、
前記内燃機関の冷却水の水温を取得する水温取得手段と、を備え、
前記水発生判定手段は、前記内燃機関の停止時に前記水温取得手段により取得された停止時水温から、前記内燃機関の再始動時に前記水温取得手段により取得される再始動時水温を減算して得られる停止期間中の水温低下量が所定量以上の場合に、前記排気系流路内に水が発生したと判定する
ことを特徴とする検出装置。 - 内燃機関の排気系流路内に設けられたフィルタに捕集されている粒子状物質の崩落を検出する検出方法であって、
前記内燃機関の冷却水の水温を取得し、
前記内燃機関の停止時に取得された停止時水温から前記内燃機関の再始動時に取得された再始動時水温を減算して得られる停止期間中の水温低下量が所定量以上の場合に、前記排気系流路内に水が発生したと判定し、
前記フィルタの排気入口側と排気出口側との差圧を取得すると共に、取得される前記差圧が所定の第1差圧閾値以上又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が所定の第1堆積量閾値以上、且つ、前記排気系流路内に水が発生したと判定した状態で、所定期間内に取得される前記差圧が所定差圧以上増加又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が所定堆積量以上増加すると、前記フィルタに捕集されている粒子状物質の少なくとも一部が崩落したと判定する
ことを特徴とする検出方法。 - 請求項1に記載の検出装置を備える排気浄化装置であって、
前記フィルタと、
前記フィルタよりも排気上流側の前記排気系流路内に設けられた酸化触媒と、
前記酸化触媒に未燃燃料を供給可能な燃料供給手段と、
前記崩落判定手段により粒子状物質が崩落したと判定されると、前記燃料供給手段に前記未燃燃料を供給させて、前記フィルタに堆積した粒子状物質を燃焼除去するフィルタ再生を実施するフィルタ再生手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。 - 前記フィルタ再生手段は、取得される前記差圧が前記第1差圧閾値よりも大きい所定の第2差圧閾値又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が前記第1堆積量閾値よりも大きい所定の第2堆積量閾値に達した場合に、前記粒子状物質堆積量が前記第2堆積量閾値よりも大きい所定の第3堆積量閾値に達していなければ前記フィルタ再生を実施し、前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が前記第3堆積量閾値に達していれば前記フィルタ再生を実施しない
請求項3に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 取得される前記差圧が前記第2差圧閾値よりも大きい所定の第3差圧閾値又は、前記差圧から推定される前記フィルタの粒子状物質堆積量が前記第3堆積量閾値に達すると、前記フィルタに粒子状物質が過大に捕集されている過捕集状態と判定する過捕集判定手段と、
前記過捕集判定手段により過捕集状態と判定されると、前記フィルタ再生手段による前記フィルタ再生の実施を禁止する禁止手段と、をさらに備える
請求項4に記載の排気浄化装置。
