Claims (6)
- シリンダ内を往復動するピストンと、
前記ピストンの往復動に伴い、流体が通過するポートが設けられた弁座板と、
前記弁座板に設けられ前記ポートを開閉する弁と、
前記弁の開度を規制する弁受けと、
前記弁と前記弁受けとの間に設けられ、前記弁の外形以上の外形を有し、前記弁全体を覆う応力緩和部材とを備え、
前記応力緩和部材が前記弁を露出させる貫通孔である弁露出部を有し、
前記弁露出部の開口面積は前記ポートの開口面積より小さく、
前記弁露出部は、前記ポートの位置と少なくとも一部が重なっていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記弁の開放端において、前記弁と前記弁受けとの間に前記応力緩和部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記弁露出部は、前記応力緩和部材の摩耗・つぶれ部の範囲外に配置され、前記摩耗・つぶれ部は、前記弁と前記弁受けに繰り返し挟まれる前記応力緩和部材の部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- シリンダ内を往復動するピストンと、
前記シリンダの端部に設けられたシリンダヘッドと、
前記ピストンに接続され、前記ピストンを駆動するモータと、
前記シリンダに接続され、前記モータを収容するクランクケースとを備え、
前記ピストンは、前記モータの駆動軸に接続されたコネクティングロッドと、前記コネクティングロッドの先端に設けられたリテーナとを有し、
前記ピストンと前記シリンダヘッドとの間に圧縮室が形成され、
前記リテーナと前記コネクティングロッドに前記圧縮室と前記クランクケース内を連通する連通ポートを設け、
前記リテーナに溝を形成し、前記リテーナの溝に前記連通ポートを開閉する吸込み弁と、前記吸込み弁の開度を規制する弁受けとを設け、
前記吸込み弁と前記弁受けとの間に前記吸込み弁よりも弾性力の低い応力緩和部材を設け、
前記応力緩和部材は、前記弁の外形以上の外形であり、前記吸込み弁を露出させる貫通孔である弁露出部を有し、
前記弁露出部の開口面積は前記連通ポートの開口面積より小さく、
前記弁露出部は、前記連通ポートの位置と少なくとも一部が重なっていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記吸込み弁の開放端において、前記吸込み弁と前記弁受けとの間に前記応力緩和部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記弁受けは、前記吸込み弁の開放端側から見て前記吸込み弁の左右に前記吸込み弁の左右方向へのずれを抑制する壁を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
