純アルミニウム線材をかしめた090型のメス端子を、85℃、85%RHに96時間放置した。その後、純アルミニウム線材と端子間の接触抵抗を四端子法により測定した。電流値は10mAとした。
純アルミニウム線をかしめた090型のメス端子を150℃に500時間放置した。その後、錫めっきを有する090型のオス端子を嵌合し、端子間の接触抵抗(抵抗値)を四端子法により測定した。

Claims (19)
- 銅又は銅合金からなる基材と、前記基材の上に積層された皮膜とを有する防食端子材であって、
前記皮膜は、亜鉛合金からなる亜鉛層と錫又は錫合金からなる錫層とがこの順に積層されてなり端子に成形されたときに電線の心線が接触される心線接触予定部に設けられた第1皮膜と、前記錫層を有し前記亜鉛層を有せず前記端子に成形されたときに接点部となる接点予定部に設けられた第2皮膜とを有し、
前記亜鉛層は、厚みが0.1μm以上5.0μm以下で、亜鉛濃度が30質量%以上95質量%以下であり、残部としてニッケル、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、コバルト、カドミウム、鉛、錫のいずれかを1種以上含み、
前記心線接触予定部における前記錫層の上に表面金属亜鉛層が形成されている
ことを特徴とする防食端子材。 - 前記亜鉛層は、前記端子として成形された後の表面に対する面積率が30%以上80%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防食端子材。
- 前記第1皮膜の前記錫層中の錫又は錫合金の平均結晶粒径が0.5μm以上8.0μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防食端子材。
- 前記第1皮膜における前記錫層は、前記心線接触予定部において厚みが0.8μm以上6.0μm以下で亜鉛濃度が0.4質量%以上15質量%以下である錫合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の防食端子材。
- 前記基材と前記皮膜との間に、ニッケル又はニッケル合金からなる下地層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の防食端子材。
- 帯板状のキャリア部と、
前記キャリア部の長さ方向に間隔をおいて複数連結され、前記心線接触予定部及び前記接点予定部を有する端子用部材と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の防食端子材。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の防食端子材からなることを特徴とする防食端子。
- 請求項7記載の防食端子がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のアルミニウム線材からなる電線の端末に圧着されていることを特徴とする電線端末部構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の防食端子材であって、前記亜鉛層の前記厚みが0.3μm以上2.0μm以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項1に記載の防食端子材であって、前記亜鉛層の前記亜鉛濃度が65質量%以上であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項1に記載の防食端子材であって、前記亜鉛層に含まれるニッケル、鉄、マンガン、モリブデン、コバルト、カドミウム、鉛、錫のいずれかの1種以上が合計で5質量%以上であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項3に記載の防食端子材であって、前記錫層中の錫又は錫合金の平均結晶粒径が1.2μm以上3.0μm以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項4に記載の防食端子材であって、前記錫層の前記亜鉛濃度が0.6質量%以上6.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項4に記載の防食端子材であって、前記錫層の前記亜鉛濃度が0.6質量%以上6.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項5に記載の防食端子材であって、前記下地層の厚さが0.1μm以上5.0μm以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項15に記載の防食端子材であって、前記下地層の厚さが0.3μm以上2.0μm以下であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項5に記載の防食端子材であって、前記下地層におけるニッケル含有率が80質量%以上であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項14に記載の防食端子材であって、前記下地層における前記ニッケル含有率が90質量%以上であることを特徴とする防食端子材。
- 請求項7に記載の防食端子であって、
電線の心線がかしめられる心線圧着部と、前記電線の被覆部がかしめられる被覆圧着部と、別の端子が接続される接続部とを備えることを特徴とする防食端子。
