Claims (3)
- 駆動源からの動力を受ける入力軸と駆動輪に動力を伝達する出力軸と複数の係合装置とを有し、前記係合装置の係合と解放との切換によって変速を実行する車両用自動変速機において、変速目標値を実現させる制御操作量を決定するための予め設定されたギヤトレーン運動方程式に拘束条件を導入することで逐次算出した要求係合トルクで前記係合装置を逐次制御することで前記変速を実行し、2つの係合装置の解放と2つの係合装置の係合とにより達成される前記変速を、前記変速前のギヤ段から、1つの係合装置を解放させ、且つ他の1つの係合装置を解放状態からスリップによる係合トルク容量を発生させることで成立する中間ギヤ段への第1変速と、前記中間ギヤ段から、前記スリップによる係合トルク容量を発生させていた前記他の1つの係合装置の係合を保持させ、前記第1変速で係合保持していた係合保持係合装置を解放させ、且つさらに他の1つの係合装置を係合させることで成立する前記変速後のギヤ段への第2変速とを実行する車両用自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記変速目標値は、前記出力軸側の回転部材上のトルクと、前記入力軸側の回転部材の速度変化率との2つであり、
前記制御操作量は、前記入力軸側の回転部材上のトルクと、前記変速時における係合側の係合装置のトルク容量と、前記変速時における解放側の係合装置のトルク容量との3つであり、
前記予め設定されたギヤトレーン運動方程式は、前記変速目標値の1つである前記出力軸側の回転部材上のトルクと3つの前記制御操作量との関係を定式化した第1式と、前記変速目標値の他の1つである前記入力軸側の回転部材の速度変化量と3つの前記制御操作量との関係を定式化した第2式との2つであり、
前記拘束条件は、前記変速の変速制御開始時からの経過時間に基づいて設定された、前記変速時に前記係合側の係合装置と前記解放側の係合装置とで受け持つ合計の伝達トルクを前記入力軸側の回転部材上のトルクに置き換えたときの両係合装置にて分担する各トルク分担率の和が1であることであり、
前記予め設定されたギヤトレーン運動方程式である第1式および第2式と前記トルク分担率とを用いて、前記変速目標値の2つの値に基づいて前記制御操作量の3つの値を決定することで、前記第1変速および前記第2変速がそれぞれ実行され、
前記第1変速と前記第2変速との切換時に経由する前記中間ギヤ段を成立させるために前記第1変速の終了時にトルク容量が前記中間ギヤ段の目標出力トルクに到達した時点においてもスリップさせられる係合装置であって前記第2変速中には係合状態に保持される前記係合保持係合装置への要求係合トルクを、前記第1変速の終了時の要求係合トルクから、前記第2変速における前記予め設定されたギヤトレーン運動方程式により演算される前記第2変速における要求係合トルクへ徐変させ、
前記第1変速と前記第2変速との切替え時に前記第1変速終了時の要求係合トルクと前記第2変速における要求係合トルクとの差が所定のトルク以下であった場合、前記係合保持係合装置への要求係合トルクを前記第1変速終了時の要求係合トルクから前記第2変速における要求係合トルクへの前記徐変を実施せずに、前記第2変速における要求係合トルクに切替える
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記第1変速終了時の要求係合トルクから前記第2変速における要求係合トルクへの前記徐変は、前記徐変の開始時から予め設定された所定時間を経過するまで実行され、前記所定時間を経過すると終了させられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記第1変速終了時の要求係合トルクから前記第2変速における要求係合トルクへの前記徐変を、パワーオンダウンシフトとパワーオフアップシフトとにおいてのみ実施する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機の制御装置。
