Description
Claims (12)
- EMCモジュールとPFCモジュールとスイッチK1と制御モジュールとを含み、前記EMCモジュールは、グリッドのラインA、B、C、Nと前記PFCモジュールとの間に接続され、前記EMCモジュールから引かれたラインA1、B1、C1が前記PFCモジュールと接続され、且つラインA1、B1、C1がそれぞれキャパシタCX1、CX2、CX3を介して設定された仮想中点と接続され、前記仮想中点が前記スイッチK1を介して前記PFCモジュールのバス中点に接続され、前記制御モジュールは、グリッド入力信号を検出し、且つ前記グリッド入力信号のタイプに応じて前記スイッチK1の状態を制御するのに用いられることを特徴とする、単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記仮想中点は、キャパシタCY1を介して接地されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記グリッドを三相電源に接続している場合に、前記制御モジュールはスイッチK1をオンに制御し、単相電源に接続している場合に、前記制御モジュールはスイッチK1をオフに制御することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記EMCモジュールは、EMC濾波器と切替装置とを含み、前記EMC濾波器は、ラインA、B、C、Nに対してそれぞれ濾波を行う濾波ユニットで構成され、前記切替装置は、ラインAとBとCとNとの間に配置されたスイッチで構成され、前記EMC濾波器の形態を切り替えるのに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記グリッドを三相電源に接続している場合に、前記切替装置はラインA、B、C、Nに対してそれぞれ濾波を行う形態に前記EMC濾波器を設定し、単相電源に接続している場合に、前記切替装置は両経路濾波の形態に前記EMC濾波器を設定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- K1は単極双投スイッチであり、前記グリッドを三相電源に接続している場合に、前記制御モジュールはスイッチK1を制御して前記仮想中点と前記PFCモジュールのバス中点とをオンにし、単相電源に接続している場合に、前記グリッドのラインNは、前記EMCモジュールから引かれたラインA1、B1、C1のいずれかを介して出力を行い、前記制御モジュールはスイッチK1を制御して前記仮想中点と前記EMCモジュールから出力されたラインNとをオンにすることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- EMCモジュールとPFCモジュールと単極双投スイッチK2と制御モジュールとを含み、前記EMCモジュールは、グリッドのラインA、B、C、Nと前記PFCモジュールとの間に接続され、前記EMCモジュールから引かれたラインA1、B1、C1が前記PFCモジュールと接続され、且つラインA1、B1、C1がそれぞれキャパシタCX1、CX2、CX3を介して設定された仮想中点と接続され、前記仮想中点が前記単極双投スイッチK2の固定接点と接続され、直列続流装置が前記PFCモジュールにおけるバスの間に更に配置され、前記直列続流装置の中点が前記EMCモジュールから引かれたラインN1と接続され、前記単極双投スイッチK2の第一動的接点が前記PFCモジュールのバス中点と接続され、前記単極双投スイッチK2の第二動的接点が前記EMCモジュールから引かれたラインN1と接続され、前記制御モジュールは、グリッド入力信号を検出し、且つ前記グリッド入力信号のタイプに応じて前記単極双投スイッチK2の状態を制御するのに用いられることを特徴とする、単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記直列続流装置は少なくとも直列接続された2つのダイオード、または直列接続された2つのトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記グリッドを三相電源に接続している場合に、前記制御モジュールは前記単極双投スイッチK2の第一動的接点をオンに制御し、単相電源に接続している場合に、前記制御モジュールは前記単極双投スイッチK2の第二動的接点をオンに制御することを特徴とする、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記EMCモジュールは、EMC濾波器と切替装置とを含み、前記EMC濾波器は、ラインA、B、C、Nに対してそれぞれ濾波を行う濾波ユニットで構成され、前記切替装置は、ラインAとBとCとNとの間に配置されたスイッチで構成され、前記EMC濾波器の形態を切り替えるのに用いられることを特徴とする、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 前記グリッドを三相電源に接続している場合に、前記切替装置はラインA、B、C、Nに対してそれぞれ濾波を行う形態に前記EMC濾波器を設定し、単相電源に接続されているとき、前記EMC濾波器のラインAの濾波ユニットは、前記切替装置による制御で前記PFCモジュールに単独接続されるか、ラインBの濾波ユニットまたはラインCの濾波ユニットと並列して前記PFCモジュールに接続されるか、ラインBの濾波ユニットとラインCの濾波ユニットと並列して前記PFCモジュールに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路。
- 請求項1-11のいずれか1項に記載の単相三相充電兼用型変換回路を備えることを特徴とする車載充電機。
