Claims (9)
- 予め破砕されたガラスのカレットを粉砕する粉砕用ロータが内蔵されたドラム部を有する粉砕機と、粉砕機から斜め上方に伸び、前記ドラム部内で粉砕されてなる砂状ガラス粉を誘導する略直線状の搬送用パイプと、搬送用パイプの上端が挿入された容器状のプレダスタとを備えており、該プレダスタが、前記搬送用パイプの上端と対向し、且つ搬送用パイプの上端から吐出する前記砂状ガラス粉をプレダスタ内へ誘導する反射板を有しており、前記粉砕機内で粉砕されてなる砂状ガラスが前記略直線状の搬送用パイプ内を搬送されて、前記反射板に直接的に衝突して前記プレダスタ内に収容されるようになされている、ガラス粉砕装置。
- 更に、プレダスタ内の微粉状ガラス粉を捕集する捕集機を備えた、請求項1記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- 粉砕機に対する搬送用パイプの傾斜角度が50°~70°である、請求項1または請求項2記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- ドラム部の内周面に耐摩耗性板からなるライナが装着されている、請求項1~請求項3のうちのいずれか一項記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- プレダスタが、反射板と対向して設けられ、該反射板に衝突した後の砂状ガラス粉を受ける垂下受板を備え、捕集機は垂下受板における前記反射板と反対側に設けられ、前記垂下受板で受けた砂状ガラス粉がプレダスタの下方に落下すると共に砂状ガラス粉に混在しているパウダー状ガラス粉が前記捕集機に捕集されるようになされている、請求項2~請求項4のうちのいずれか一項記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- プレダスタの下側にホッパが一体に形成されている、請求項1~請求項5のうちのいずれか一項記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- 粉砕用ロータが内蔵されたドラム部に、内蓋が装着され、更に内蓋の外側にヒンジを介して扉体が取り付けられ、該扉体によってドラム部が開閉自在となされている、請求項1~請求項6のうちのいずれか一項記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- 粉砕用ロータが、中心に回転駆動軸の軸受を有する円形基板と、円形基板の一面に放射状に設けられた複数の粉砕板と、各粉砕板の端部を周回するように全粉砕板の端部に装着されたリング状板を備えている、請求項1~請求項7のうちのいずれか一項記載のガラス粉砕装置。
- 内蓋が、粉砕用ロータのリング状板と同形である、請求項8記載のガラス粉砕装置。
