Description
図1に示すように、部品実装ライン10(生産ライン)は、回路基板11の搬送方向(X方向)に沿って複数台の部品実装機12(機械)を1列に配列して構成され、該部品実装ライン10の上流側には、カセット式のフィーダ14を保管するフィーダ保管装置19が設置されている。尚、図4及び図5に示すように、部品実装ライン10の上流側に隣接して前工程の装置31(例えば半田印刷機、コンベア等)が設置されていると共に、部品実装ライン10の下流側に隣接して後工程の装置32(例えばリフロー炉、検査装置等)が設置されている。
Claims (6)
- 複数台の機械を配列して構成した生産ラインの前面に沿って左右方向であるX方向に移動する自動交換装置を備え、前記自動交換装置は、前記複数台の機械のうちの指示された機械の前面側へ移動して当該機械に対して自動交換動作を行う生産ラインの自動交換システムにおいて、
前記自動交換装置の周辺に設定された安全エリアを監視して前記安全エリア内で人や障害物を検出したときに前記自動交換装置の動作を非常停止させる周辺監視装置と、
前記自動交換装置の移動中に警報音を鳴らして前記自動交換装置が移動中であることを知らせる警報装置とを備え、
前記周辺監視装置は、前記自動交換装置の移動中には、前記安全エリアの範囲を前記自動交換動作中の前記安全エリアの範囲よりも小さくするように切り替える、生産ラインの自動交換システム。 - 前記自動交換装置の移動中の前記安全エリアは、前記自動交換装置の移動方向である左右方向のみを監視するように設定され、
前記自動交換動作中の前記安全エリアは、前記自動交換装置の左右方向及び前方を監視するように設定される、請求項1に記載の生産ラインの自動交換システム。 - 前記自動交換装置は、前記自動交換動作中には少なくとも前後方向の動作であるY軸動作と上下方向の動作であるZ軸動作を行うロボットとして動作し、前記移動中には少なくとも前記Y軸動作を停止して前記警報装置が警報音を鳴らして左右方向に移動することで無人搬送車として動作する、請求項1又は2に記載の生産ラインの自動交換システム。
- 前記自動交換装置は、前面、左右側面及び上面が防護カバーで覆われている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の生産ラインの自動交換システム。
- 前記生産ラインの上流側に隣接して前工程の装置が設置され、
前記生産ラインの下流側に隣接して後工程の装置が設置されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の生産ラインの自動交換システム。 - 前記生産ラインは、前記複数台の機械である複数台の部品実装機を配列して構成され、
前記自動交換装置は、前記複数台の部品実装機のうちの指示された部品実装機の前面側へ移動して当該部品実装機に対してフィーダを自動交換する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の生産ラインの自動交換システム。
