Claims (5)

前記駆動アセンブリは、

前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に前記プランジャ部材を移動させるように構成された付勢部材、および
前記プランジャ部材と前記ストッパとの間に位置された長さ調整可能なスペーサアセンブリであって、前記プランジャ部材によって前記スペーサアセンブリに加えられる軸方向荷重に応じて軸方向に長さが調整可能な、スペーサアセンブリと、

前記ストッパを前記容器内で係合および移動させるように構成されたプランジャ部材であって、第1の位置および前記第1の位置から軸方向に離間された第2の位置を有しているプランジャ部材と、
前記プランジャ部材を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動させるように構成された付勢部材と、
前記プランジャ部材と前記ストッパとの間に位置された長さ調整可能なスペーサアセンブリと、を備える駆動アセンブリであって、前記プランジャ部材によって前記スペーサアセンブリに加えられる軸方向荷重に応じて軸方向に長さが調整可能な、スペーサアセンブリと、
前記長さ調節可能なスペーサアセンブリは、内部プランジャと回転シャトルとを備えたスペーサ要素と、前記スペーサ要素が取り付けられているホルダーと、
前記容器に流体連通して配置されるように構成された針を備える針アクチュエータアセンブリと、を備え
前記薬剤の送達中に、前記スペーサアセンブリに加えられた前記軸方向荷重は、前記容器内の前記薬剤の圧力によって前記ストッパを変形させ、これは、前記内部プランジャに後方力を提供し、回転シャトルの回転を防ぎ、
前記薬剤の送達が完了すると、前記ストッパの前記薬剤の前記圧力が低下し、前記内部プランジャの遠位変位および前記回転シャトルの回転が可能になり、
