Claims (5)
- 電線接続部を一端側に有すると共に、端子接触部を他端側に有する雌端子の製造方法であって、
管状部材の一端側を軸方向に交差する方向から見てL字状に切断して前記電線接続部を形成すると共に、管状に残った部分を雄端子が挿入される前記端子接触部として形成し、
前記電線接続部に電線の端部から露出した芯線を電気的に接続する雌端子の製造方法。 - 前記L字状に切断して残った四半管状の部分及び前記管状に残った部分の全周にめっき処理を施してめっき層を形成する、請求項1に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
- 前記L字状に切断して残った四半管状の部分である円弧状の前記電線接続部に前記電線の芯線を超音波接合により電気的に接続する、請求項1又は2に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
- 前記L字状に切断して残った四半管状の部分を圧潰してなる前記電線接続部及び前記管状に残った部分の全周にめっき処理を施してめっき層を形成する、請求項1に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
- 前記L字状に切断して残った四半管状の部分を圧潰して前記電線接続部を形成し、前記圧潰してなる前記電線接続部に前記電線の芯線を超音波接合により電気的に接続する、請求項1又は4に記載の雌端子の製造方法。
