Claims (5)
- 切削式精米機の切削工具(100)において、
前記切削工具(100)は、
切削工具本体(11)の外周面に沿って等間隔で長さ方向に嵌め込み溝(12)が形成され、
前記嵌め込み溝(12)には、切削歯(15)および間隔部材(15b)が嵌め込み結合され、
前記切削歯(15)は、燒結材であり、前記間隔部材(15b)は、燒結材または前記切削工具本体(11)と同じ材料であり、
前記嵌め込み溝(12)は、嵌め込み底面(12a)から離れるほど嵌両側面(12b)間の幅が狭くなる構造であり、前記切削歯(15)は、切削歯底面(15a)から切刃エッジ(18)に向かって行くほど狭くなる形状であることを特徴とする切削式精米機の切削工具。 - 前記間隔部材(15b)は、底面から上面に向かって行くほど狭くなるが、前記間隔部材(15b)の高さは前記切削歯(15)の高さの半分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削式精米機の切削工具。
- 前記嵌め込み溝(12)には、前記切削歯(15)および前記間隔部材(15b)を交互に挟むが、前記切削歯(15)および前記間隔部材(15b)は、前記切削工具本体(11)の外周面に沿って、それぞれ円形になったり、螺旋状を形成するように配列されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削式精米機の切削工具。
- 一部の前記嵌め込み溝(12)には、前記切削歯(15)だけ挟むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削式精米機の切削工具。
- 前記切削工具本体(11)の外側面は、複数の切削通路(13)が形成され、前記切削通路(13)と前記切削通路(13)との間に前記嵌め込み溝(12)が形成されており、
前記切削工具本体(11)の切断通路(13)には、前記切削工具本体(11)の中心部方向の複数の通孔(14)が穿孔されたことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の切削式精米機の切削工具。
