Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(1)のための排ガス後処理システム(3)であって、
リアクタチャンバ(10)内に配置された少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバータ(9)と、前記リアクタチャンバ(10)につながっている排ガス供給ライン(8)と、前記リアクタチャンバ(10)から離れる方向につながっている排ガス放出ライン(11)と、排ガス内に還元剤を導入するために前記排ガス供給ライン(8)に設けられた導入デバイス(12)と、前記リアクタチャンバ(10)の上流で前記排ガスを前記還元剤と混合させるためにそれぞれの前記導入デバイス(12)の下流に配置された混合セクション(14)と、を有する、排ガス後処理システムにおいて、
熱膨張を補償するため且つ振動を分離するための補償要素(21)が、前記混合セクション(14)の領域で前記排ガス供給ライン(8)に組み込まれており、
前記補償要素(21)が、前記排ガス供給ライン(8)の外面よりも内側に位置しており、
保護要素(24)が、流れ側で前記補償要素(21)を遮蔽しており、前記保護要素(24)が、前記排ガス供給ライン(8)の内壁から前記排ガス供給ライン(8)の内側に向かって延在する部分と、前記排ガスの流れ方向において前記補償要素(21)から突出することのないように前記部分から前記排ガスの流れ方向に延在する部分と、を備えていることを特徴とする排ガス後処理システム。 - 前記補償要素(21)が、蛇腹状補償器として構築されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記導入デバイス(12)から前記補償要素(21)までの距離が、前記導入デバイス(12)の領域での前記排ガス供給ライン(8)の直径の、最大でも7倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記補償要素(21)の上流端部(21a)が、前記補償要素(21)につながっている、前記排ガス供給ライン(8)のセクション(8a)の下流端部(22)に接続されるように、且つ前記補償要素(21)の下流端部(21b)が、前記補償要素(21)から離れる方向につながっている、前記排ガス供給ライン(8)のセクション(8b)の上流端部(23)に接続されるように、前記補償要素(21)が、前記混合セクション(14)の領域で前記排ガス供給ライン(8)に組み込まれ、
前記保護要素(24)が、前記補償要素(21)につながっている、前記排ガス供給ライン(8)の前記セクション(8a)の前記下流端部(22)で作用し、流れ側で前記補償要素(21)を遮蔽していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。 - 複数のシリンダ(4)と、シリンダ(4)のグループに対して共通の少なくとも1つの排ガスマニホルド(7)と、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム(3)と、を有する内燃機関(1)であって、
それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)から出てくる排ガスが、前記排ガス後処理システム(3)を介してガイドすることができ、且つ前記排ガス後処理システム(3)の下流に前記内燃機関(1)の排ガスチャージシステム(2)の少なくとも1つの排ガスターボチャージャー(5)を介してガイドすることができることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)とそれぞれの前記混合セクション(14)とそれぞれの前記補償要素(21)とが組み合わせられて共通の組立体を形成していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関。
- それぞれの前記SCR触媒コンバータ(9)又はそれぞれのリアクタチャンバ(10)から最も遠く位置づけられた、前記排ガスマニホルド(7)内への第1のシリンダ側排ガスオリフィス(16)と、それぞれの前記SCR触媒コンバータ(9)又はそれぞれのリアクタチャンバ(10)と、の間の距離が、それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)内への前記第1のシリンダ側排ガスオリフィス(16)と、それぞれの前記SCR触媒コンバータ(9)又はそれぞれの前記リアクタチャンバ(10)に最も近く位置づけられた、それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)内への第2のシリンダ側排ガスオリフィス(16)と、の間の距離の、最大でも6倍に相当するように、それぞれの前記共通の組立体が構築されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内燃機関。
- それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)から出てくる前記排ガスが、最大でも3回の方向転換で、それぞれの前記混合セクション(14)に供給することができることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- それぞれの前記排ガスマニホルド(7)から出てくる前記排ガスが、最大でも270°の方向転換で、それぞれの前記混合セクション(17)に供給することができることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
