Claims (7)
- 내연기관 (1) 용 배기 시스템으로서,
상기 배기 시스템은,
- 터빈 (2b) 을 구비하는 고압 터보과급기 (2),
- 배기 가스 유동 방향에 대하여 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 (2b) 으로부터 하류측에 배열되는 터빈 (3b) 을 구비하는 저압 터보과급기 (3),
- 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 터빈 입구 (2c) 를 내연기관 (1) 의 실린더 (15) 그룹에 연결하는 수단 (7a, 7b),
- 선택적인 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매 변환기 (4), 및
- 환원제를 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입하는 수단 (5) 을 포함하고,
상기 배기 시스템은,
- 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 터빈 출구 (2d) 를 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 입구 (4b) 에 연결하는 수단 (7c) 과,
- 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 출구 (4c) 를 상기 저압 터보과급기 (3) 의 터빈 입구 (3c) 에 연결하는 수단 (7d) 을 더 포함하고,
상기 환원제를 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입하는 수단 (5) 은 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 (2b) 으로부터 상류측에 배열되고, 또한
- 터빈 (2b') 을 구비하는 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2'),
- 배기 가스 유동 방향에 대하여 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 상기 터빈 (2b') 으로부터 하류측에 배열되는 터빈 (3b') 을 구비하는 제 2 저압 터보과급기 (3'),
- 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 터빈 입구 (2c') 를 상기 내연기관 (1) 의 제 2 실린더 (15') 그룹에 연결하는 수단 (7a', 7b'),
- 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 터빈 출구 (2d') 를 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 입구 (4b') 에 연결하는 수단 (7c'),
- 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 출구 (4c') 를 상기 제 2 저압 터보과급기 (3') 의 터빈 입구 (3c') 에 연결하는 수단 (7d'), 및
- 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 상기 터빈 (2b') 으로부터 상류측에서 환원제를 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입하는 제 2 수단 (5') 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배기 시스템은 배기 모듈 (18) 을 포함하고,
상기 배기 모듈은,
- 상기 내연기관 (1) 의 배기 매니폴드 (7a) 를 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 입구 (2c) 에 연결하는 고압 배기 덕트 (7b),
- 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 출구 (2d) 를 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 입구 (4b) 에 연결하는 혼합 덕트 (7c), 및
- 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 출구 (4c) 를 상기 저압 터보과급기 (3) 의 상기 터빈 입구 (3c) 에 연결하는 저압 배기 덕트 (7d) 를 포함하고,
상기 배기 모듈 (18) 의 상기 덕트 (7b, 7c, 7d) 는 서로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 배기 모듈 (18) 은,
- 상기 내연기관 (1) 의 제 2 배기 매니폴드 (7a') 를 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 터빈 입구 (2c') 에 연결하는 제 2 고압 배기 덕트 (7b'),
- 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 터빈 출구 (2d') 를 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 입구 (4b') 에 연결하는 제 2 혼합 덕트 (7c'), 및
- 상기 촉매 변환기 (4) 의 출구 (4c') 를 제 2 저압 터보과급기 (3') 의 터빈 입구 (3c') 에 연결하는 제 2 저압 배기 덕트 (7d') 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 배기 모듈 (18) 은 일체 주조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 환원제를 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입하는 수단 (5, 5') 은 상기 배기 모듈 (18) 내에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 내연기관 (1) 의 배기 시스템에서 선택적인 촉매 환원을 위한 방법으로서,
상기 배기 시스템은,
- 터빈 (2b) 을 구비하는 고압 터보과급기 (2) 와,
- 배기 가스 유동 방향에 대하여 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 (2b) 으로부터 하류측에 배열되는 터빈 (3b) 을 구비하는 저압 터보과급기 (3) 를 포함하고,
- 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 (2b) 으로부터 상류측에서 환원제가 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입되고,
- 상기 고압 터보과급기 (2) 의 상기 터빈 (2b) 으로부터 하류측 및 상기 저압 터보과급기 (3) 의 상기 터빈 (3b) 으로부터 상류측에서 상기 선택적인 촉매 환원이 실시되고, 또한
- 터빈 (2b') 을 구비하는 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 와,
- 배기 가스 유동 방향에 대하여 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 상기 터빈 (2b') 으로부터 하류측에 배열되는 터빈 (3b') 을 구비하는 제 2 저압 터보과급기 (3') 를 포함하고,
- 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 상기 터빈 (2b') 으로부터 상류측에서 환원제가 상기 배기 시스템안으로 도입되고,
- 상기 제 2 고압 터보과급기 (2') 의 상기 터빈 (2b') 으로부터 하류측 및 상기 제 2 저압 터보과급기 (3') 의 상기 터빈 (3b') 으로부터 상류측에서 상기 선택적인 촉매 환원이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선택적인 촉매 환원을 위한 방법.
