Claims (2)
- 銅を25質量%以上含む原料粉末を圧縮して圧粉体を成形する工程と、前記圧粉体を焼結して焼結体を得る工程と、前記焼結体を外周側、内周側、及び軸方向両側の全方向から圧迫することで、前記焼結体の外周面を、製品ごとの寸法のバラつきに関わらず必ず0μmより大きく50μm以下の圧縮代で圧縮する工程と、前記焼結体の内周面に動圧発生部を型成形する工程とを有する焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮代が5μm以上である請求項1に記載の焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
