Claims (14)
- 一つ以上の二次電池と、
内部に空間が形成され、内部空間に前記一つ以上の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部空間において前記二次電池と対面するように配置され、前記二次電池から印加される圧力が基準値以下である場合、熱を吸収して保持することにより前記二次電池を冷却し、前記二次電池から印加される圧力が前記基準値を超過する場合、保持した熱を放出することにより前記二次電池を加熱するように構成された一つ以上の熱圧力交換部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池が複数含まれ、
前記熱圧力交換部材は、前記二次電池同士の間の空間に介在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池は、パウチ型二次電池であって、前記モジュールケースの内部空間に立てられて水平方向へ配置され、
前記熱圧力交換部材は、板状で構成され、前記二次電池同士の間の空間に立てられて配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱圧力交換部材は、圧力が印加されないときに熱を吸収して保持し、圧力が印加されるときに保持された熱を放出するセラミック物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱圧力交換部材は、圧力印加の有無によって熱を吸収及び放出する材質から構成された熱交換部と、前記熱交換部と異なる材質から構成され、前記熱交換部を支持する本体部と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記本体部は、立てられたプレート形態で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。

- 一つ以上の二次電池と、
内部に空間が形成され、内部空間に前記一つ以上の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部空間において前記二次電池と対面するように配置され、前記二次電池から印加される圧力が基準値以下である場合、熱を吸収して保持し、前記二次電池から印加される圧力が前記基準値を超過する場合、保持した熱を放出するように構成された一つ以上の熱圧力交換部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュールであって、
前記熱圧力交換部材は、圧力印加の有無によって熱を吸収及び放出する材質から構成された熱交換部と、前記熱交換部と異なる材質から構成され、前記熱交換部を支持する本体部と、を備え、
前記熱交換部は、前記本体部の表面の少なくとも一部にコーティングされた形態で構成されたことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 一つ以上の二次電池と、
内部に空間が形成され、内部空間に前記一つ以上の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、

前記熱交換部は、一つの熱圧力交換部材において厚さが異なる部分が存在するように構成されたことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱交換部は、少なくとも一部が前記二次電池の中央部分から縁部へ進むほど厚さが薄くなるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
