Claims (8)
- 복수개의 배터리 셀이 일방향으로 적층되어 이루어지는 배터리 모듈 어셈블리에 있어서,
상하 방향으로 세워진 복수개의 배터리 셀이 수평 방향으로 나란하게 적층된 형태로 구성되고, 상기 배터리 셀의 양단부의 전극리드들에 대응하는 위치에 각각 복수개의 슬롯이 형성되어 배치되며, 상기 전극리드들이 복수개의 슬롯을 통하여 관통된 상태로 고정되는 제1탭과 제2탭;
상기 배터리 셀의 수평 방향의 일측을 감싼 상태로 상기 제1탭과 제2탭에 장착되며, 상면과 하면에 각각 에어홀이 형성되는 제1커버;
상기 배터리 셀의 수평 방향의 타측을 감싼 상태로 상기 제1탭과 제2탭에 장착되어 상기 제1커버와 결합되며, 상면과 하면에 각각 에어홀이 형성되는 제2커버; 및
상기 제1탭과 제2탭에 각각 고정되고, 상기 배터리 셀들과 연결되는 전압센서가 장착되는 인쇄회로기판을 포함하며, ;
상기 제1, 제2탭과 인쇄회로기판 사이에 적어도 하나의 커넥터가 장착되어 상기 배터리 셀들과 상기 전압센서를 연결하며,
상기 제1탭은 음극 버스바가 장착되고, 상기 제2탭은 양극 버스바가 장착되며, 상기 제1탭과 제2탭은 각각의 상면에 배터리 팩과 연결되는 연결볼트가 형성되며,
상기 복수개의 배터리 셀 사이사이에는 공기통로을 확보하기 위한 세퍼레이터가 각각 배치되는 배터리 모듈 어셈블리. - 삭제
