Claims (4)
- 流路形成領域を有する金属のセパレータを第1の上型と第1の下型との間に配置する工程と、
前記第1の上型と前記第1の下型とを用いて前記セパレータを絞り工程でプレス加工することで、前記流路形成領域に第1の凹凸形状を形成するとともに、前記セパレータの長手方向における前記流路形成領域の両端外側に第2の凹凸形状を形成する第1のプレス加工工程と、
前記第1及び第2の凹凸形状が形成された前記セパレータを第2の上型と第2の下型との間に配置する工程と、
前記第2の上型と前記第2の下型とを用いて前記セパレータをプレス加工することで、前記第2の凹凸形状を押し潰す第2のプレス加工工程と、を備え、
前記第1のプレス加工工程では、前記第2の凹凸形状を形成することにより前記セパレータが引き込まれることが防止されるように、前記流路形成領域の外側に、凹凸高さが前記第1の凹凸形状の凹凸高さよりも高い前記第2の凹凸形状を形成するセパレータの製造方法。 - 前記第2の凹凸形状が形成された領域を打ち抜く工程をさらに備え、
前記セパレータのマニホールド部に、前記第2の凹凸形状が形成されている請求項1に記載のセパレータの製造方法。 - 前記第2の凹凸形状の凹部と凸部とが、平面視における前記セパレータの長手方向から傾いた方向に沿って繰り返されている請求項1、又は2に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のプレス加工工程では、前記第1の凹凸形状の凹凸高さを小さくして、流路を形成する請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
