- 駆動源としてのエンジンおよび電動機と、前記エンジンと前記電動機との間に設けられ、入力トルクに関連する回転特性を有するダンパ装置とを、備えるハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンのクランク軸の回転を停止させた状態で前記電動機から前記ダンパ装置にトルクを入力させることにより、前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値を計測するダンパ回転特性検出部と、
前記ダンパ回転特性検出部により計測された前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値と前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値の予め設定された初期設定値との差に基づいて、振動の発生が抑制されるように、前記エンジンまたは前記電動機の出力トルクを制御する出力トルク補正制御部とを、含み、
前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値は、前記ダンパ装置の入力トルクに対するねじり角の割合である剛性値であり、
前記出力トルク補正制御部は、
前記剛性値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも大きい場合には、前記エンジンの回転速度を一定に維持した状態で前記エンジンの出力トルクを低下させ、
前記剛性値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも小さい場合には、前記エンジンの回転速度を一定に維持した状態で前記エンジンの出力トルクを増加させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 駆動源としてのエンジンおよび電動機と、前記エンジンと前記電動機との間に設けられ、入力トルクに関連する回転特性を有するダンパ装置とを、備えるハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンのクランク軸の回転を停止させた状態で前記電動機から前記ダンパ装置にトルクを入力させることにより、前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値を計測するダンパ回転特性検出部と、
前記ダンパ回転特性検出部により計測された前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値と前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値の予め設定された初期設定値との差に基づいて、振動の発生が抑制されるように、前記エンジンまたは前記電動機の出力トルクを制御する出力トルク補正制御部とを、含み、
前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値は、前記ダンパ装置の入力トルクに対するねじり角のヒステリシス値であり、
前記出力トルク補正制御部は、
前記ヒステリシス値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも大きい場合には、電動機走行中に前記エンジンを始動させるために前記電動機から出力される初爆補正トルクを低減させ、
前記ヒステリシス値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも小さい場合には、電動機走行中に前記エンジンを始動させるために前記電動機から出力される初爆補正トルクを増加させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 駆動源としてのエンジンおよび電動機と、前記エンジンと前記電動機との間に設けられ、入力トルクに関連する回転特性を有するダンパ装置とを、備えるハイブリッド車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンのクランク軸の回転を停止させた状態で前記電動機から前記ダンパ装置にトルクを入力させることにより、前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値を計測するダンパ回転特性検出部と、
前記ダンパ回転特性検出部により計測された前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値と前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値の予め設定された初期設定値との差に基づいて、振動の発生が抑制されるように、前記エンジンまたは前記電動機の出力トルクを制御する出力トルク補正制御部とを、含み、
前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値は、前記ダンパ装置の入力トルクに対するねじり角の不感帯であるガタ値であり、
前記出力トルク補正制御部は、
前記ガタ値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも大きい場合は、前記エンジンの始動に際して前記ダンパ装置のガタを滑らかに且つ可及的に速やかに詰めた状態でクランキングするために、前記電動機から出力されるクランキングトルクのトルク増加率を大きくし、
前記ガタ値が前記予め設定された初期設定値よりも小さい場合は、前記電動機から出力されるクランキングトルクのトルク増加率を小さくする
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記ダンパ装置のエンジン側回転要素の回転を固定するエンジン側回転要素固定装置を備え、
前記ダンパ回転特性検出部は、前記エンジン側回転要素固定装置に前記ダンパ装置のエンジン側回転要素を固定させた状態で前記電動機から前記ダンパ装置にトルクを入力させることにより、前記ダンパ装置の回転特性値を計測する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
