Description
・ この熱可塑性中間層は、受け入れ開口部を有する凹部を有しており、
・ この受け入れ開口部は、凹部に電気機器を収容するために設計された寸法を有しており、かつ
・ 電気機器は、凹部に配置されている。
(a)熱可塑性中間層を提供すること;
(b)熱可塑性中間層の縁部領域において凹部を切り取ること、ここで、この凹部の形状は、電気機器の基本形状に少なくとも適合している;
(c)熱可塑性中間層を、内部ペイン又は外部ペインの上に平らに置くこと;
(d)凹部にプレースホルダーを挿入すること;
(e)外部ペイン又は内部ペインを熱可塑性中間層の上に設置すること;
(f)以下を含む積層体を積層して、複合ペインを形成させること:
- 内部ペイン、
- プレースホルダーを有する熱可塑性中間層、及び
- 外部ペイン;
並びに
(g)前記電気機器を凹部に挿入すること。
(a)熱可塑性中間層4を提供する;
(b)熱可塑性中間層4の縁部領域において凹部6を切り取る、ここで、この凹部6の形状は、OLEDディスプレイ9の基本形状に相当している;
(c)熱可塑性中間層4を内部ペイン5の上に平らに置く;
(d)凹部6にプレースホルダー2を挿入する;
(e)外部ペイン3を熱可塑性中間層4の上に設置する
(f)以下を含む積層体を積層して、複合ペイン1を形成させる:
- 内部ペイン5、
- プレースホルダー2を有する熱可塑性中間層4、及び
- 外部ペイン3;
並びに
(g)OLEDディスプレイ9を凹部6に挿入する。
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]熱可塑性中間層(4)を介して互いに結合している、外部ペイン(3)及び内部ペイン(5)を含む、電気機器(9)を有する複合ペイン(1)であって、
・ 前記熱可塑性中間層(4)は、受け入れ開口部(8)を有する凹部(6)を有しており、
・ 前記受け入れ開口部(8)は、前記凹部(6)に前記電気機器(9)を収容するために設計された寸法を有しており、かつ
・ 前記電気機器(9)は、前記凹部(6)に配置されている、
複合ペイン。
[2]前記電気機器(9)は、ディスプレイ装置、特に、光学的情報を表示するためのディスプレイを有している、上記[1]に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[3]前記凹部(6)は、前記電気機器(9)を面一の様式で収容できるような寸法を有している、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[4]前記電気機器(9)と前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の間に、何ら接続が与えられていない、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[5]前記凹部(6)が、保持装置(7)を有しており、この保持装置(7)の中に、前記電気機器(9)が搭載されている、上記[1]~[4]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[6]前記受け入れ開口部(8)が、スリットの形状である、上記[1]~[5]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[7]前記電気機器(9)の接続要素が、前記受け入れ開口部(8)から外に向かって延在している、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)。
[8]乗り物の周囲の画像を記録するために、カメラが備え付けられており、かつ上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)が、記録された前記画像を表示するためのディスプレイを具備している、画像データを再生するためのシステム。
[9]以下を含む、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載の、電気機器(9)を有する複合ペイン(1)の製造方法:
(a)熱可塑性中間層(4)を提供すること;
(b)前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の縁部領域において凹部(6)を切り取ること、ここで、前記凹部(6)の形状は、前記電気機器(9)の基本形状に適合している;
(c)前記熱可塑性中間層(4)を、内部ペイン(5)又は外部ペイン(3)の上に平らに置くこと;
(d)前記凹部(6)にプレースホルダー(2)を挿入すること;
(e)前記外部ペイン(3)又は前記内部ペイン(5)を前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の上に設置すること;
(f)以下を含む積層体を積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成させること:
- 内部ペイン(5)、
- プレースホルダー(2)を有する熱可塑性中間層(4)、及び
- 外部ペイン(3);
並びに
(g)前記電気機器(9)を、前記凹部(6)に挿入すること。
[10]前記プレースホルダー(2)を、前記複合ペイン(1)から取り出す、上記[9]に記載の方法。
[11]前記プレースホルダー(2)が、少なくとも部分的に、非接着性コーティング、特に、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを有する、上記[9]に記載の方法。
[12]前記プレースホルダー(2)を、前記内部ペイン(5)と前記外部ペイン(3)の間の前記凹部(6)を縁取る保持装置(7)として実施し、かつ前記電気機器(9)を、前記保持装置(7)の中に挿入する、上記[9]に記載の方法。
[13]前記保持装置(7)が、受け入れ開口部(8)を有している、上記[12]に記載の方法。
[14]前記保持装置(7)が、プラスチックの及び/又は金属の構造物を有する、上記[12]に記載の方法。
[15]自動車、好ましくは、乗用車における、ウィンドシールド又はサイドウィンドウとしての、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載の複合ペイン(1)の使用。

Claims (12)
- 以下を含む、熱可塑性中間層(4)を介して互いに結合している外部ペイン(3)及び内部ペイン(5)を含む、電気機器(9)を有する複合ペイン(1)の製造方法:
(a)熱可塑性中間層(4)を提供すること;
(b)前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の縁部領域において、前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の表面に対して垂直に延在する凹部(6)を切り取ること、ここで、前記凹部(6)の形状は、前記電気機器(9)の基本形状に適合している;
(c)前記熱可塑性中間層(4)を、内部ペイン(5)又は外部ペイン(3)の上に平らに置くこと;
(d)前記凹部(6)に、前記内部ペイン(5)と前記外部ペイン(3)の間の前記凹部(6)を縁取る保持装置(7)を挿入すること;
(e)前記外部ペイン(3)又は前記内部ペイン(5)を前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の上に設置すること;
(f)以下を含む積層体を積層して、複合ペイン(1)を形成させること:
- 内部ペイン(5)、
- 保持装置(7)を有する熱可塑性中間層(4)、及び
- 外部ペイン(3);
並びに
(g)前記電気機器(9)を、前記保持装置(7)の中に挿入すること。 - 前記保持装置(7)を、前記複合ペイン(1)から取り出す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記保持装置(7)が、少なくとも部分的に、非接着性コーティングを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記保持装置(7)が、受け入れ開口部(8)を有している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保持装置(7)が、プラスチックの及び/又は金属の構造物を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機器(9)は、ディスプレイ装置を有している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部(6)は、前記電気機器(9)を前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の表面に対して面一の様式で収容できるような寸法を有している、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機器(9)と前記熱可塑性中間層(4)の間に、何ら物理的な接続が与えられていない、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記受け入れ開口部(8)が、スリットの形状である、請求項4~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機器(9)の接続要素が、前記受け入れ開口部(8)から外に向かって延在している、請求項4~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乗り物の周囲の画像を記録するためにカメラが備え付けられており、かつ請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造した複合ペイン(1)が、記録された前記画像を表示するためのディスプレイを具備している、画像データを再生するためのシステムの製造方法。
- 前記複合ペイン(1)が、自動車におけるウィンドシールド又はサイドウィンドウとして使用される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
