- 蓄電素子部と、前記蓄電素子部に重なる圧電素子部とを備え、
前記蓄電素子部には、第一導電層と第二導電層の間に挟まれた誘電体フィルムが複数積層されており、
前記圧電素子部には、第三導電層と第四導電層の間に挟まれた圧電体フィルムが複数積層されており、
前記第一導電層と前記第三導電層とは電気的に接続され、前記第二導電層と前記第四導電層とは電気的に接続され、
第一端部と、前記第一端部とは反対側にある第二端部とを有し、
前記第一端部に第一外部電極を、前記第二端部に第二外部電極を、それぞれ備え、
前記第一外部電極は、複数の前記第一導電層及び複数の前記第三導電層のいずれにも電気的に接続していることで、前記第一導電層と前記第三導電層とを電気的に接続し、
前記第二外部電極は、複数の前記第二導電層及び複数の前記第四導電層のいずれにも電気的に接続していることで、前記第二導電層と前記第四導電層とを電気的に接続している、
