Claims (5)
- 電気導体と、前記電気導体を覆う絶縁被覆とを有する平角導線から前記絶縁被覆を切除する切除用刃具であって、
シャンク部と、前記シャンク部に連なり前記平角導線に臨む刃部とを有し、
前記刃部は、
前記絶縁被覆に2個の切込をそれぞれ形成する2個の切込形成刃部と、
前記2個の切込形成刃部同士の間に介在するとともに、前記絶縁被覆の、前記2個の切込形成刃部によって形成された前記2個の切込同士の間の部位を剥離する剥離刃部と、
を有し、
前記2個の切込形成刃部は、該切除用刃具の厚み方向に沿って延在するとともに、前記剥離刃部は、該切除用刃具の幅方向に沿って延在し、
且つ前記2個の切込形成刃部の先端が前記剥離刃部の先端よりも突出するとともに、前記剥離刃部が前記2個の切込形成刃部に連なることを特徴とする切除用刃具。 - 請求項1記載の切除用刃具において、前記2個の切込形成刃部は、前記剥離刃部に対して突出していることを特徴とする切除用刃具。
- 請求項1又は2記載の切除用刃具において、前記2個の切込形成刃部の先端刃の、剥離刃部の先端部に近接する隅部がR形状を有することを特徴とする切除用刃具。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の切除用刃具において、前記剥離刃部が、該剥離刃部の進行方向において、前記平角導線から離間する方向となるにつれて肉厚となるように傾斜していることを特徴とする切除用刃具。
- 請求項4記載の切除用刃具において、前記剥離刃部が前記平角導線に近接するにつれて漸次的に幅広となることを特徴とする切除用刃具。
