Claims (8)
- レンズ部と、
前記レンズ部に向かって光を照射する光源部と、を具備し、
前記レンズ部は、
少なくとも1つの曲面を有する本体と、
該本体の一側に配置され、前記光を利用して3次元イメージを形成するように構成されたフィルム部と、を含み、
該フィルム部が、
前記3次元イメージを形成するように構成された複数個の単位オプティカルフィルムと、
前記単位オプティカルフィルムと前記本体との間に配置されるベースフィルムと、を含み、
前記複数個の単位オプティカルフィルムの各々が、オプティカルフィルム本体と、前記3次元イメージを形成するために該オプティカルフィルム本体の一側及び他側の各々に形成される複数のパターンと、を含み、
前記他側に形成される前記複数のパターンが、該複数のパターンとの間に前記オプティカルフィルム本体を挟んで前記一側に形成される前記複数のパターンの長手方向に対して、所定の角度(θ)により傾斜して配置され、
前記複数個の単位オプティカルフィルムが、所定の隔離距離(d2)により相互に距離をおいて配置され、前記複数個の単位オプティカルフィルムの間にスリットを形成し、
前記単位オプティカルフィルムの幅(W)に基づく前記隔離距離(d2)が、0.01×W~0.05×Wの範囲にある、車両用ランプ。 - 前記単位オプティカルフィルムが前記ベースフィルムの一側に印刷される、請求項1に記載の車両用ランプ。
- レンズ部と、
該レンズ部に向かって光を発するように構成された光源部と、を具備し、
前記レンズ部は、
少なくとも1つの曲面を有する本体と、
前記本体の一側に配置され、前記光を利用して3次元イメージを形成するように構成されたフィルム部と、を含み、
該フィルム部が、
各々が同一の形状を有し前記3次元イメージを形成するように構成された複数個の第1単位オプティカルフィルムと、
各々が同一の形状を有し前記3次元イメージを形成する複数個の第2単位オプティカルフィルムと、
ベースフィルムと、を含み、
前記第1単位オプティカルフィルムと前記第2単位オプティカルフィルムとが、所定の隔離距離(d3)により相互に距離をおいて前記ベースフィルムの一側に配置され、
前記複数個の第1単位オプティカルフィルムの各々が、オプティカルフィルム本体と、前記3次元イメージを形成するために該オプティカルフィルム本体の一側及び他側の各々に形成される複数のパターンと、を含み、
前記複数個の第2単位オプティカルフィルムの各々が、オプティカルフィルム本体と、前記3次元イメージを形成するために該オプティカルフィルム本体の一側及び他側の各々に形成される複数のパターンと、を含み、
前記複数個の第1オプティカルフィルムの各々及び前記複数個の第2オプティカルフィルムの各々において、前記他側に形成される前記複数のパターンが、該複数のパターンとの間に前記オプティカルフィルム本体を挟んで前記一側に形成される前記複数のパターンの長手方向に対して、所定の角度により傾斜して形成される、車両用ランプ。 - 前記ベースフィルムの一側に配置される前記第1単位オプティカルフィルムが、三角形、四角形及び台形のうち少なくとも1つの形状に形成される、請求項3に記載の車両用ランプ。
- 前記複数のパターンが、所定の隔離距離(d1)により相互に距離をおいて配置される、請求項1又は請求項3に記載の車両用ランプ。
- レンズ部と、
該レンズ部に向かって光を発する光源部と、を具備し、
前記レンズ部が、
少なくとも1つの曲面を有する本体と、
該本体の一側に配置され、前記光を利用して3次元イメージを形成するように構成されたフィルム部と、を含み、
前記レンズ部が、金型を利用してアイエムエル(IML:In-mold Labelling)方式により射出され、
フィルム部が、
前記3次元イメージを形成するように構成されたオプティカルフィルムと、
該オプティカルフィルムと前記本体との間に挟まれたベースフィルムと、を含み、
前記オプティカルフィルムが、オプティカルフィルム本体と、前記3次元イメージを形成するために該オプティカルフィルム本体の一側及び他側の各々に形成される複数のパターンと、を含み、
前記他側に形成される前記複数のパターンが、該複数のパターンとの間に前記オプティカルフィルム本体を挟んで前記一側に形成される前記複数のパターンの長手方向に対して、所定の角度(θ)により傾斜して配置され、
接着層が、前記ベースフィルムと前記本体との間にさらに挟まれて、接着を向上させ、該接着により該ベースフィルムが該本体に付着させられ、
保護フィルムが、前記オプティカルフィルムの一側に配置され、該オプティカルフィルムを保護するように構成され、
反射層が、前記オプティカルフィルムと前記保護フィルムとの間にさらに挟まれる、車両用ランプ。 - 酸化防止層が、前記反射層と前記保護フィルムとの間に酸化防止層がさらに挟まれ、アルミニウム又は銀を含有する前記反射層の酸化を防止する、請求項6に記載の車両用ランプ。
- 前記酸化防止層がシリコン又はステンレス鋼を含有する、請求項7に記載の車両用ランプ。
