Claims (6)
- オペアンプであって、
前記オペアンプの入力信号を受ける差動入力対と、
前記差動入力対に電流を供給するテイル電流源と、
その入力が、前記差動入力対の出力と接続される負荷回路と、
ゲインブースト回路と、
を備え、
前記ゲインブースト回路は、
初段の第1差動コンダクタンスアンプと、
後段の第2差動コンダクタンスアンプと、
前記第2差動コンダクタンスアンプの2つの入出力間それぞれに設けられた位相補償キャパシタと、
を備え、
前記第1差動コンダクタンスアンプは、前記オペアンプの前記入力信号を受ける第1差動入力対を含み、
前記第2差動コンダクタンスアンプは、
前記第1差動入力対の出力信号を受ける第2差動入力対と、
前記第2差動入力対に電流を供給する第2定電流源と、
を含み、前記第2差動入力対の出力が、前記差動入力対の出力および前記負荷回路の前記入力と接続されていることを特徴とするオペアンプ。 - 前記ゲインブースト回路は、前記第2差動コンダクタンスアンプの2つの入出力間それぞれに、前記位相補償キャパシタと直列に設けられた抵抗をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオペアンプ。
- 前記ゲインブースト回路は、
前記第1差動入力対に負荷として設けられた負荷トランジスタのペアと、
前記第1差動入力対の出力のコモンモード電圧が目標電圧に近づくように、前記負荷トランジスタのペアのゲート電圧を調節するコモンモードフィードバック回路と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のオペアンプ。 - 前記第2差動入力対は、第1トランジスタおよび第2トランジスタを含み、
前記第1トランジスタのゲートと前記第2トランジスタのドレイン間、前記第2トランジスタのゲートと前記第1トランジスタのドレイン間それぞれに、前記位相補償キャパシタが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のオペアンプ。 - 前記第1トランジスタのゲートと前記第2トランジスタのドレイン間、前記第2トランジスタのゲートと前記第1トランジスタのドレイン間それぞれに、前記位相補償キャパシタと直列に抵抗が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のオペアンプ。
- ひとつの半導体基板に一体集積化されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のオペアンプ。
