Claims (4)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの動力を駆動輪側へ伝達する、プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリとの間に伝達要素が巻き掛けられた無段変速機構を有する車両用動力伝達装置と、前記プライマリプーリ又は前記セカンダリプーリを作動させるプーリ油圧を検出する油圧センサと、前記エンジンにより回転駆動されることで前記プーリ油圧の元圧を供給するオイルポンプとを備える車両の、制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの運転停止状態において車両電源がオン状態に切り替えられた後に前記油圧センサが前記プーリ油圧を検出できる状態となった時点から所定時間以内は前記油圧センサによる前記プーリ油圧の検出値に基づいて前記油圧センサの故障が発生しているか否かを判定する一方で、前記所定時間経過後は前記油圧センサの故障が発生しているか否かの判定を行わない故障判定部を含むものであり、
前記車両電源のオン状態は、前記エンジンが運転停止状態にあるときには、切替えに連動して前記エンジンを始動することが可能なイグニッションオンの状態であり、
前記所定時間は、前記油圧センサが前記プーリ油圧を検出できる状態となった時点から、前記エンジンの始動過程における前記エンジンの回転速度の上昇により、前記油圧センサの故障が発生しているか否かの判定に用いられる所定油圧に到達するような前記プーリ油圧が発生させられる時点までの期間の長さを上限とする予め定められた期間であることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記故障判定部は、前記プーリ油圧の検出値が所定油圧よりも高いという第1条件、前記プーリ油圧の検出値が前記プーリ油圧の指示値に対して所定油圧差を超えて高いという第2条件、及び前記油圧センサが前記プーリ油圧を検出できる状態となった時点から前記所定時間以内であるという第3条件の何れもが第2所定時間以上成立した場合には、前記油圧センサの故障が発生していると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両電源がオン状態に切り替えられた時点から第3所定時間経過したか否かに基づいて、前記油圧センサが前記プーリ油圧を検出できる状態となったか否かを判定する状態判定部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両用動力伝達装置は、前記エンジンの前記動力が伝達される入力回転部材と前記駆動輪へ前記動力を出力する出力回転部材との間に並列に設けられた、前記動力を前記入力回転部材から前記出力回転部材へ各々伝達することが可能な複数の動力伝達経路を有しており、
前記複数の動力伝達経路は、第1係合装置の係合によって形成される、ギヤ段を有するギヤ機構を介した第1動力伝達経路と、第2係合装置の係合によって形成される、前記無段変速機構を介した第2動力伝達経路とであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
