Description

当該繊維プライのそれぞれがインターロック製織三次元ファブリックから形成されており、当該繊維プライのそれぞれが、3つ以上の複数の縦糸層又は複数の横糸層を有する、少なくとも2つの繊維プライから成るスタックを含む、具体的にはこのスタックから成る繊維プリフォームの孔内にマトリックスを形成する工程を含む、部品を製作する方法を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシングにおいて、
繊維強化材を形成する繊維プリフォームであって、前記繊維プリフォームは織り合わされていない少なくとも2つの繊維プライから成るスタックを含み、前記少なくとも2つの繊維プライのそれぞれがインターロック製織三次元ファブリックから形成されており、前記少なくとも2つの繊維プライのそれぞれが、3つ以上の複数の縦糸層又は複数の横糸層を有する、繊維強化材を形成する繊維プリフォームと、
前記繊維プリフォームの孔内に存在するマトリックスとを少なくとも含む、複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシング。 - 前記スタックの繊維プライのうちの少なくとも1つが、異なる重量を有する糸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシング。
- 前記スタックの繊維プライの数が、前記スタックによって占められるゾーン全体にわたって一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシング。
- 前記スタックの繊維プライの数が、前記スタックによって占められるゾーン全体にわたって変化することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシング。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシングを製作する方法において、
前記方法が、
当該少なくとも2つの繊維プライのそれぞれがインターロック製織三次元ファブリックから形成されており、当該少なくとも2つの繊維プライのそれぞれが、3つ以上の複数の縦糸層又は複数の横糸層を有する、共に織り合わされていない少なくとも2つの繊維プライから成るスタックを含む繊維プリフォームの孔内にマトリックスを形成する工程を含む、複合材料製の航空機エンジンのケーシングを製作する方法。
