Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-721128

It is desirable that the mobile terminal installed in the electric device is not only used in the installed state but also charged in the installed state. It should be noted that such a mobile terminal generally does not have a dedicated charging contact like a conventional mobile phone, but is provided with a highly versatile connection terminal (female side). The connection terminal (male side) connected to this connection terminal (female side) is provided at the tip of the power supply cable. That is, when the connection terminal for charging is connected to the connection terminal on the mobile terminal side, the power supply cable extends from the mobile terminal.

However, many of such mobile terminals are provided with a connection terminal at the bottom of the mobile terminal in a normal use posture. Therefore, in the normal use posture, the power supply cable extends downward from the lower part of the mobile terminal, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to use the mobile terminal while charging it by installing it in the normal use posture. In addition, a mobile terminal that has connection terminals on the side or top in the normal use posture has the advantage that it is easy to use while charging by installing it in the normal use posture, but the connected power supply cable gets in the way on the desk or desktop. There was a risk of becoming.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide an electric device that is easy to use with a mobile terminal installed and that the power supply cable does not get in the way.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a desk lamp which is an electric device of the present invention. The desk lamp 1 has a base portion 2 made of synthetic resin and a strut portion 3 made of synthetic resin that stands on the base portion 2 at the rear portion of the base portion 2, and the strut portion 3 is an upright portion. .. A neck portion 4 is movably provided on the upper portion of the support column portion 3, and a lamp body 5 is movably provided on the tip of the neck portion 4.

The base portion 2 has a substantially trapezoidal plate-shaped bottom surface portion 11 in a plan view in which the width on the front side is wider than the width on the rear side, and is placed in contact with an irradiated surface which is also a mounting surface. Further, a mounting receiving portion 12A on which a mobile terminal or the like, which will be described later, is mounted is provided on the upper surface portion 12 which is the upper surface of the base portion 2. In this example, the above-described receiving portion 12A is composed of the upper surface of the upper surface portion 12 having a plate shape. The upper surface portion 12 and the mounting receiving portion 12A are symmetrical, but may be asymmetric.

The mounting receiving portion 12A of the base portion 2 is inclined upward toward the horizontal or front side, and is about 0 to 45 degrees, preferably about 5 to 30 degrees with respect to the horizontally arranged bottom surface portion 11. Then, the hole 16 in the center in the left-right direction divides the previously described mounting portion 12A into left and right, leaving the rear mounting receiving portion 12U on the rear side.

Grooves 21 and 21 in the left-right direction are formed in the base 2 on the front left and right sides of the hole 16 so as to communicate with the hole 16. In this example, the left and right groove portions 21 and 21 are formed on the front end side of the upper surface portion 12. The left and right outer sides of the left and right groove portions 21 and 21 are opened to the left and right side surface portions 15 and 15, respectively. On the front side of the left and right groove portions 21 and 21 and the hole portion 16, the front side inner surface portion 22 in the left-right direction is located. The front-rear width and the left-right maximum width of the hole 16 are formed larger than the front-rear width of the groove 21.

The front inner surface portion 22 is vertically hung from the upper edge of the front surface portion 13 and slightly inclines downward. The upper edge of the front surface portion 13 is the front end 12M of the upper surface portion 12.

The left and right rear inner surface portions 23, 23 are located on the left and right sides of the rear side of the groove portion 21. The inner ends of the left and right rear inner surface portions 23, 23 and the front ends of the left and right inner surface portions 17, 17 of the hole portion 16 are connected by curved corner portions 24, 24. Further, the left and right rear inner surface portions 23, 23 are vertically vertically laid downward from the front side of the mounting receiving portion 12A of the upper surface portion 12. Further, on the bottoms of the left and right groove portions 21 and 21, the left and right groove bottom surfaces 25 and 25 are formed substantially horizontally above the bottom surface portion 11. Then, the inner edges of the left and right groove bottom surfaces 25, 25 on the central side in the left-right direction and the bottom surface portion 11 are connected by the left and right inclined curved surface portions 26, 26. These inclined curved surface portions 26, 26 are formed so that the inclination increases toward the center. The left and right groove bottom surfaces 25, 25 communicate with the left and right side surface portions 15, 15. That is, the left and right groove portions 21 and 21 open to the left and right side surface portions 15 and 15 at the total depth at both the left and right ends. The depth dimension at both the left and right ends of the groove portion 21 is about 0.5 to 0.7 times the depth dimension of the hole portion 16 with reference to the upper edge of the rear inner surface portion 23.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the left and right inclined curved surface portions 26, 26 are provided so as to face each other. The distance between the left and right inclined curved surface portions 26, 26 is formed wider than the distance between the left and right inner surface portions 17, 17 on the front side. The rear portions of the left and right side surface portions 15 and 15 of the base portion 2 are continuously formed at the lower portions of the left and right case side surface portions 48 and 48. Further, the rear surface portion 14 of the base portion 2 is continuously formed on the case rear surface portion 47.

A plurality of boss portions 51 are projected forward from the case rear surface portion 47, and the insertion boss portion 52 is projected rearward from the rear surface of the case front surface portion 46 corresponding to the boss portions 51. NS. Then, the tip of the insertion boss portion 52 is engaged with the tip of the boss portion 51, and the screw 53 inserted from the rear of the boss portion 51 is screwed onto the insertion boss portion 52, thereby causing the case body 45. The case front portion 46 can be fixed to the case.

As shown in FIG. 4, a power supply board 55 is built in the base 2 and the case body 45. The rear portion of the power supply board 55 is covered with the board cover 55A. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a cord opening 56 is formed in the upper part of the recessed front surface portion 33M. Further, a power cord 57 is inserted and held in the cord opening 56, and the power cord 57 is electrically connected to the power supply board 55.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 and the like, a power feeding portion 61 is provided on the right side surface portion 15 which is the outer surface of the base portion 2. The power feeding unit 61 is provided with two connection ports 61A for electrically connecting the power feeding plug 62 side by side. Electricity is supplied to the power feeding unit 61 from the power supply board 55.

Further, the power supply plug 62 includes a power supply cable 63, a terminal 64 is provided at the tip of the power supply cable 63, and the terminal 64 is connected to the power supply terminal 68 of the mobile terminal 65. Examples of the mobile terminal 65 include portable electronic devices capable of information communication such as mobile phones, smart phones, tablet terminals, and electronic book terminals, and the display unit 66 is provided in front of the mobile terminal 65. Then, the mobile terminal 65 is a mounting object to be mounted on the above-mentioned receiving section 12A.

A flexible shaft 4A that is flexible in itself is provided inside the neck portion 4.

As shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the lamp body 5 includes a lamp body case 71 connected to the tip of the neck portion 4. A hood portion 72 extends toward the tip end side of the lamp body case 71. The lamp case 71 is made of synthetic resin and is made of an opaque material that does not allow light to pass through. The lamp body 5 can rotate about 45 degrees up and down from the horizontal position with respect to the axial center of the neck portion 4. Further, the orientation of the lamp body 5 can be freely changed by bending the neck portion 4. The horizontal position of the lamp body 5 in this example refers to a position in which the hood portion 72 of the lamp body case 71 is substantially parallel to the horizontal line.

The lamp body 5 has a plurality of illumination LEDs 73 as a light source. A plurality of these LEDs 73 are provided side by side in a row on the left and right on the metal substrate 74, and irradiate light to the outside from the lower opening 75 of the hood portion 72.

Further, an operation unit is provided on the front surface portion 13 of the base portion 2. This operation unit is provided with a main switch 77 in the center and dimming switches 78L and 78R on the left and right. All of these are touch-type electrostatic switches, which are electrically connected to the power supply board 55. Then, the LED 73 can be turned on and off by the main switch 77, the amount of light can be increased by operating the right dimming switch 78R, and the amount of light can be increased by operating the left dimming switch 78L. Can be lowered. As an example, although not shown, a positive figure is attached to the right dimming switch 78R, and a negative figure is attached to the left dimming switch 78L. Further, in the front view of FIG. 2, switches 77, 78L, 78R are not shown.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. It is assumed that the desk lamp 1 is connected to an AC power supply (not shown in advance) by the power supply cord 57. Then, when the user operates the main switch 77, electric power is supplied to the LED 73 provided in the lamp body 5, and the LED 73 emits light.

The heat generated by energizing the LED 73 moves to a heat radiating body (not shown) via the metal substrate 74 and is released from the heat radiating body.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the mobile terminal 65 can be leaned against and supported. Specifically, the lower edge portion 67 of the mobile terminal 65 is mounted on the non-slip member 41 of the mounting receiving portion 12A, and the upper rear surface of the mobile terminal 65 is leaned against the case front portion 46, that is, the strut portion 3. In this way, the mobile terminal 65 set in the desk lamp 1 can be used, and the LED 73 can be used for lighting.

Further, the mobile terminal 65 can be charged while it is set in the desk lamp 1. Specifically, the power supply plug 62 is connected to the power supply unit 61 located on the left side surface portion 15. In this case, it is preferable to connect the power supply plug 62 so that the power supply cable 63 faces the front side. Then, the power supply cable 63 is inserted into the left groove portion 21 that opens in the left side surface portion 15, the terminal 64 is passed through the hole portion 16, and the terminal 64 is inserted and connected to the power supply terminal 68 of the mobile terminal 65. In this case, the terminal 64 is connected to the power supply terminal 68 at the center of the lower edge 67 of the mobile terminal 65. In particular, if the terminal 64 is connected to the power supply terminal 68 at the center of the lower edge portion 67 and the terminal 64 is set so as to be located in the hole portion 16, the mobile terminal 65 can be charged while being used in the normal usage posture. .. At this time, since the inclined curved surface portion 26 is formed in the central portion of the groove portion 21, the power feeding cable 63 can be gently bent. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the burden on the power supply cable 63. In the case of the mobile terminal 65 having the power supply terminal 68 on the left side surface, the power supply cable 63 may be inserted into the groove 21 from the right side and pulled out from the left side to connect the terminal 64 to the power supply terminal 68. Further, the power feeding cable 63 may be inserted into the groove 21 from the right side and pulled out from the hole 16 to connect the terminal 64 to the power feeding terminal 68. Further, in the case of the mobile terminal 65 having the power supply terminal 68 on the right side surface, it is not necessary to insert the power supply cable 63 into the groove portion 21. When the power supply cable 63 is frequently carried, if the power supply cable 63 is inserted from the side portion of the groove portion 21 in this way, the power supply cable 63 can be easily removed from the desk lamp 1, which is convenient. ..

Further, the power feeding plug 62 is connected to the power feeding unit 61 by changing the front-back direction, the power feeding cable 63 is arranged in the second groove 31 from the rear side, the terminal 64 at the tip is pulled out from the hole 16 to the upper part, and the terminal 64 Can be connected to the power feeding terminal 68, and the lower edge portion 67 of the mobile terminal 65 can be mounted on the mounting receiving portion 12A. At this time, since the curved portion 32 is formed at the front end of the second groove portion 31, the power feeding cable 63 can be gently bent along the curved portion 32. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the burden on the power supply cable 63. In this way, in the base 2, not only the power supply cable 63 is not exposed on the front side of the power supply plug 62, but also the terminal 64 is not exposed. In the case of the mobile terminal 65 having the power supply terminal 68 on the side surface, the power supply cable 63 may be pulled out from the side portion of the hole 16 or the groove 21 to connect the terminal 64 to the power supply terminal 68. When the power supply cable 63 is not frequently carried, the power supply cable 63 can be made more inconspicuous by inserting the power supply cable 63 from the second groove 31 in this way.

As described above, in the present embodiment, in the desk lamp 1 which is an electric device having a base portion 2 and a support portion 3 which is an upright portion provided at the rear portion of the base portion 2, the upper surface portion 12 which is the upper surface of the base portion 2 is used. It has a mounting receiving portion 12A provided, a hole portion 16 provided in the mounting receiving portion 12A, and grooves 21 and 21 communicating with the hole portion 16, and the groove portion 21 is the base portion 2. The hole 16 is provided on the support 3 side of the groove 21 and between the mounting receiving portions 12A while opening from the upper surface portion 12 to the side surface portion 15 which is a side surface, and the power feeding cable 63 is connected. When the mobile terminal 65 is supported and installed by the mounting receiving portion 12A and the support column portion 3, the power supply cable 63 is provided between the above-mentioned mounting receiving portion 12A and the hole portion 16 and the hole portion 16. The power supply cable 63 can be kept out of the way because it can be passed through the groove portion 21 communicating with the cable and pulled out to the side portion of the base portion 2.

Further, even if the mobile terminal 65 has a power supply terminal 68 at the lower edge portion 67 which is a lower portion in the normal use posture, the power supply cable 63 is provided in the hole portion 16 provided between the above-described receiving portions 12A. Since the mobile terminal 65 is passed through, the mobile terminal 65 can be installed on the desk lamp 1 in a normal use posture, whereby the mobile terminal 65 can be easily used in the installed state.

In this embodiment, since the hole 16 communicates with the groove 21 at least in the upper portion of the groove 21 in the depth direction, the terminal 64 portion of the power feeding cable 63 is arranged in the hole 16. , The electric wire portion of the power supply cable 63 can be passed through the groove portion 21.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the hole portion 16 communicates with the groove portion 21 over the entire depth direction of the groove portion 21, the terminal 64 portion of the power feeding cable 63 is arranged in the hole portion 16. The electric wire portion of the power supply cable 63 can be passed through the groove portion 21 without imposing a burden on the terminal 64 portion.

Further, in the present embodiment, the hole portion 16 is a through hole that penetrates vertically, and a second groove portion 31 is provided on the bottom surface portion 11 that is the bottom portion of the base portion 2 so as to communicate with the lower end portion of the hole portion 16. Therefore, since the power supply cable 63 can be passed from the hole portion 16 to the second groove portion 31, the variation of usage is increased and the power supply cable 63 can be prevented from getting in the way.

Further, in this embodiment, since the power feeding unit 61 is provided, power can be easily supplied to the mobile terminal 65.

Further, as an effect in the embodiment, since the distance between the left and right inner surface portions 17 and 17 of the hole portion 16 increases from the rear side to the front side in a plan view, the power feeding cable 63 has an arc shape at the rear end of the hole portion 16. It is easy to align with the inner surface portion 18. Further, since the left and right inner surface portions 17 and 17 of the hole portion 16 are spaced apart from the rear side to the front side in a plan view, the power feeding cable 63 can be smoothly routed from the groove portion 21 into the hole portion 16. .. Further, the inner ends of the left and right rear inner surface portions 23, 23 located on the rear side of the groove portion 21 and the front sides of the left and right inner surface portions 17, 17 of the hole portion 16 are connected by curved corner portions 24, 24. Therefore, the power supply cable 63 can be routed more smoothly from the groove portion 21 into the hole portion 16. Further, since a curved portion 32 that curves from the rear side to the upper side is formed between the second groove portion 31 and the hole portion 16, the power supply cable 63 does not get caught in the corner portion, and the power supply cable 63 is inserted into the hole portion. It can be routed smoothly up to 16. Further, since the power feeding unit 61 is provided in the base portion 2 and the connection port 61A of the power feeding unit 61 is located within the height range of the groove portion 21, the power feeding plug 62 becomes easy to use. Further, since the second groove portion 31 opens to the rear portion of the bottom surface portion 11 of the base portion 2, the power supply cable 63 can be hidden behind. Further, the left-right width of the front hole portion 27 is wider than the left-right width of the hole portion 16, and as shown in FIG. 9, the hole enlargement portions 27A having substantially the same front-rear width as the groove portion 21 are left and right of the front-side hole portion 27. , 27A is provided. Therefore, when the power supply cable 63 is inserted from the groove 21 and the terminal 64 is connected to the power supply terminal 68 of the mobile terminal 65, the power supply cable 63 is released to the hole expansion portion 27A. Therefore, the power supply cable 63 can be bent more gently so that the power supply cable 63 does not impose a burden.

FIG. 11 shows Example 2 of the present invention, the same parts as those in Example 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted in detail. In the front view of FIG. 11, switches 77, 78L and 78R are not shown. The figure shows a modified example of the hole portion 16. The lower portion of the hole portion 16 of the second embodiment is closed by the hole bottom surface portion 16T. Then, the inclined curved surface portions 26, 26 are provided so that the groove bottom surface portion 25 is lowered from the left and right toward the hole bottom surface portion 16T. Further, since the lower portion of the hole portion 16 is closed, the second groove portion 31 is not provided. The second groove portion 31 may be provided, but in this case, since the second groove portion 31 does not communicate with the hole portion 16, the power supply cable 63 cannot be arranged in the second groove portion 31.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the hole portion 16 communicates with the groove portion 21 at least in the upper portion in the depth direction of the groove portion 21, and the hole portion 16 communicates with the groove portion 21 in the entire depth direction of the groove portion 21. In the above, since it communicates with the groove portion 21, it has the same action and effect as that of the first embodiment.

The present invention is not limited to the above examples, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the invention. For example, the shapes of the base and the upright portion can be appropriately selected. Further, in the embodiment, the power feeding portion is provided on the right side surface portion of the base portion, but if the outer surface is other than the bottom surface portion of the electric stunt, the feeding portion may be provided on the front surface portion or the left side surface portion of the base portion, or other than the front surface of the standing portion. It may be provided on the outer surface or the like. Further, the hole bottom surface portion of the hole portion may be provided at a position higher than the groove bottom surface portion. That is, the groove may be deeper than the hole. In this case, the hole portion communicates with the groove portion at the upper portion in the depth direction of the groove portion. Further, the second groove portion may be opened to a position other than the rear portion of the base portion, and in this case as well, the rear side is preferable to the position of the feeding portion including the feeding portion, and particularly, the position of the feeding portion including the feeding portion. It is preferably between the rear side and the rear part of the base.
