Claims (21)

- Fcドメインが、IgG1、IgG2及びIgG4のFcドメインからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の単離されたUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体。
- FcドメインがIgG1のFcドメインである、請求項1に記載の単離されたUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体。
- 請求項1に記載のUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体、及び医薬上許容される賦形剤を含む医薬組成物。
- 医薬として使用するための請求項1に記載のUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体。

- 請求項9に記載の核酸を含む発現ベクター。
- 請求項10に記載の発現ベクターを含む組み換え宿主細胞。
- 細胞が、哺乳動物細胞、昆虫細胞、大腸菌細胞、酵母細胞、及び植物細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の組み換え宿主細胞。
- 哺乳動物細胞が、チャイニーズハムスター卵巣(CHO)細胞、HEK293細胞、NSO細胞、HeLa細胞、ベビーハムスター腎臓(BHK)細胞、サル腎細胞(COS)、及びヒト肝細胞癌細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載の組み換え宿主細胞。

- 有効量の請求項1に記載のUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体を含む、UTI関連病態の治療用の医薬組成物。
- UTI関連病態が、膵炎、内視鏡誘発性膵炎、急性膵炎、関節炎、重症急性呼吸器症候群、全身性炎症反応症候群、急性循環障害、敗血症、肝炎、虫垂炎、大腸炎、臓器不全、臓器障害、膵臓障害、腎臓障害、肺障害、再潅流傷害、スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群、中毒性表皮壊死症、ショック、虚血性傷害、急性肺損傷、急性大動脈解離に起因する肺損傷、喘息、肺炎症、肺炎、人工呼吸器関連肺炎、播種性血管内凝固症候群、及び急性呼吸窮迫症候群からなる群から選択される、請求項16に記載の医薬組成物。

- UTI関連病態の治療用の医薬組成物又は医薬の製造のためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のUTI融合タンパク質又は請求項2に記載の二量体の使用。
