Description
図1は第1実施形態の生体用電極部品の電極部材を示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、第1実施形態の生体用電極部品で使用される電極部材5は、薄板状の金属板10を備え、金属板10には複数の開口部10aが形成されている。金属板10の開口部10aは、金属板10の厚み方向に貫通して形成される。
図11は第2実施形態の生体用電極部品の電極部材を示す斜視図である。図11に示すように、第2実施形態の生体用電極部品で使用される電極部材5aでは、前述した第1実施形態の図1の電極部材5において、針部14の形状が異なっている。

Claims (6)
- 第1面と、前記第1面と反対側の第2面とを備える金属板と、
前記金属板に形成された開口部と、
前記開口部の内壁から内側に延在する連結バーと、
前記連結バーの先端に配置され、前記金属板の第1面側に突出する針部と
を備える電極部材と、
前記金属板の第2面に貼付された接着フィルムと、を有し、
前記針部の幅は前記連結バーの幅よりも大きく設定され、
前記針部は、両端部に前記金属板の第2面側に突出する突出部を備え、
前記接着フィルムは、前記金属板の第1面側の面に、前記電極部材から露出する接着領域を備えていることを特徴とする生体用電極部品。 - 前記針部は、側面視において、先端が尖った三角形又は五角形で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体用電極部品。
- 前記電極部材の連結バー及び針部と、前記接着フィルムとの間にカバー部材が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生体用電極部品。
- 前記接着フィルムの接着領域を生体表面に接着することにより、前記電極部材の針部を生体表面に突き刺して固定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の生体用電極部品。
- 第1面と、前記第1面と反対側の第2面とを備える金属板を加工することにより、開口部と、前記開口部の内壁から内側に延在する連結バーと、前記連結バーに繋がる針部を形成する工程と、
前記針部を曲げ加工して、前記金属板の第1面側に突出させることにより、電極部材を得る工程と、
前記電極部材の金属板の第2面に接着フィルムを貼付する工程と、を有し、
前記針部を形成する工程において、前記針部の幅は前記連結バーの幅よりも大きく設定されるとともに、前記針部の両端部に前記開口部の内壁側に延在する突出部が形成され、
前記電極部材を得る工程において、前記突出部は、前記金属板の第2面側に突出し、
前記接着フィルムは、前記金属板の第1面側の面に前記電極部材から露出する接着領域を備えることを特徴とする生体用電極部品の製造方法。 - 前記接着フィルムを貼付する工程において、
前記電極部材の連結バー及び針部と、前記接着フィルムとの間にカバー部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体用電極部品の製造方法。
