Description
図1及び図2に示すように、転がり深溝玉軸受であって、軸受の外輪1、軸受の内輪2、複数のボール3及びプロファイルドローラー4を備え、軸受の外輪1と軸受の内輪2との間にボール3とプロファイルドローラー4が設置され、ボール3とプロファイルドローラー4が間隔を置いて配置される。
Claims (2)
- 転がり深溝玉軸受であって、軸受の外輪、軸受の内輪、複数のボール及びプロファイルドローラーを備え、軸受の内輪と外輪との間にボールとプロファイルドローラーが設置され、ボールとプロファイルドローラーが間隔を置いて配置され、前記プロファイルドローラーの中央に凹溝が設置され、前記ボールとプロファイルドローラーとの間の間隙sの設計は前記プロファイルドローラーの凹溝深さに合わせ、前記間隙sの値が0.03mm<s<eであり、eがプロファイルドローラーの凹溝深さであり、前記プロファイルドローラーの直径daと内外輪の間隔hとの関係は、h−da=0.005〜0.2mmであり、hが(D2−d2)/2であり、D2が外輪の内径であり、d2が内輪の外径である、転がり深溝玉軸受。
- 凹溝深さeの値が0.03mm<e<d1/3であり、d1がボールの直径である、請求項1に記載の深溝玉軸受。
