Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示すように、転がり深溝玉軸受であって、軸受の外輪1、軸受の内輪2、複数の大きなボール3及びプロファイルドローラー4を備え、軸受の外輪1と軸受の内輪2との間に大きなボール3とプロファイルドローラー4が設置され、大きなボール3とプロファイルドローラー4が間隔を置いて配置される。
Claims (5)
- 転がり深溝玉軸受であって、軸受の外輪、軸受の内輪、複数の大きなボール及びプロファイルドローラーを備え、軸受の内輪と外輪との間に大きなボールとプロファイルドローラーが設置され、大きなボールとプロファイルドローラーが間隔を置いて配置され、前記プロファイルドローラーの中央に凹溝が設置されることを特徴とする転がり深溝玉軸受。
- 前記プロファイルドローラーの中央に凹溝が設置され、凹溝深さeの値が0.03mm<e<d1/3であり、d1が大きなボールの直径であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝玉軸受。
- 前記プロファイルドローラーの直径daと内外輪の間隔hとの関係は、h−da=0.005〜0.2mmであり、hが(D2−d2)/2であり、D2が外輪の内径であり、d2が内輪の外径であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝玉軸受。
- 前記大きなボールとプロファイルドローラーとの間の総間隙sの値は、0.03mm<s<eであり、eはプロファイルドローラーの凹溝深さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝玉軸受。
- 前記プロファイルドローラーは少なくとも1つの割型プロファイルドローラーを含み、割型プロファイルドローラーはリベット又は締まりばめで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の深溝玉軸受。
