Description
なお、導通部材が、一対の検出端子とプラグコネクタとの間にそれぞれ配置され、プラグコネクタの非ロック位置にて検出端子から離間されているがプラグコネクタのロック位置にてプラグコネクタの外面に押圧されてその接点部を検出端子に接触させる一対の被押圧片と、それら一対の被押圧片同士をつなぐ連結片とを有する場合には、電気コネクタに振動が加わっても導通部材および検出端子の接触部分への磨耗の発生を低減して良好な導通性を維持することができる。

Claims (7)
- ソケットコネクタと、前記ソケットコネクタ内に挿抜可能かつその軸心周りに非ロック位置およびロック位置との間を回転可能に配置され、電気回路を接続する棒状のプラグコネクタと、を備える電気コネクタであって、
前記プラグコネクタを間にして対向する一対の検出端子と、
前記プラグコネクタの前記ロック位置にて前記一対の検出端子同士を電気的に導通する導通部材と、を備え、
前記プラグコネクタの先端部と前記ソケットコネクタとの間に配置されるとともに、前記プラグコネクタの先端部が圧接される弾性体を備えることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記導通部材は、前記一対の検出端子と前記プラグコネクタとの間にそれぞれ配置され、前記プラグコネクタの前記非ロック位置にて前記検出端子から離間されているが、前記プラグコネクタの前記ロック位置にて前記プラグコネクタの外面に押圧されてその接点部を前記検出端子に接触させる一対の被押圧片と、前記一対の被押圧片同士をつなぐ連結片とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記プラグコネクタはその外面に、前記軸心からの距離が短い近位面と、前記軸心からの距離が前記軸心から前記近位面までの距離よりも長い遠位面とを有し、
前記被押圧片は、前記プラグコネクタの前記ロック位置にて前記遠位面に押圧されてその接点部を前記検出端子に接触させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記遠位面は湾曲面として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記被押圧片は、前記プラグコネクタの前記ロック位置にて前記プラグコネクタの外面で押圧される被押圧部と前記接点部との間に、前記検出端子に沿って延びる延伸部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記一対の被押圧片はそれぞれ、2つの前記接点部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2から5までのいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記ソケットコネクタはその側面に、前記導通部材を前記軸心に直交する方向に挿入可能な開口を有し、
前記連結片は、前記導通部材の前記開口への挿入方向に突出して前記ソケットコネクタに保持される保持部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2から6までのいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタ。
