Description
Claims (8)
- 加熱筒に挿通させたスクリュを回転させるスクリュ回転駆動部,及び前記スクリュを少なくとも油圧シリンダにより前進又は後退させるスクリュ進退駆動部を有する射出装置を備える射出成形機であって、前記射出装置に、スクリュ長L及びスクリュ径DのときのL/D比を、射出装置に対する特定値として設定した固有スクリュと、この固有スクリュにより成形可能な成形品に対して適合可能となる二以上の異なる種類の各油圧シリンダを選定して着脱可能なシリンダ着脱部を有するシリンダ取付機構とを設けるとともに、このシリンダ取付機構を、前記加熱筒の後端を支持する加熱筒固定部,及びこの加熱筒固定部の両側に配し、かつ前記油圧シリンダをそれぞれ着脱可能にする、前記シリンダ着脱部を構成する左右一対の前着脱部を一体に有する、位置を固定した固定ブロック部と、この固定ブロック部の後方に配し、かつ前記加熱筒に挿通させた前記固有スクリュの後端を回転させる前記スクリュ回転駆動部,及びこのスクリュ回転駆動部の両側に配し、かつ前記各油圧シリンダから突出したピストンロッドの先端をそれぞれ着脱可能にする、前記シリンダ着脱部を構成する左右一対の後着脱部を一体に有する支持ブロック部を設けて構成したことを特徴とする射出成形機。
- 前記特定値は、18〜25の範囲から選定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機。
- 前記各油圧シリンダは、出力する最大圧力及び/又は最大速度が異なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機。
- 前記各油圧シリンダは、両ロッドタイプの油圧シリンダを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記各油圧シリンダは、片ロッドタイプの油圧シリンダを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の射出成形機。
- 加熱筒に挿通させたスクリュを回転させるスクリュ回転駆動部,及び前記スクリュを少なくとも油圧シリンダにより前進又は後退させるスクリュ進退駆動部を有する射出装置を備える射出成形機の成形方法であって、前記射出装置に、スクリュ長L及びスクリュ径DのときのL/D比を、射出装置に対する特定値として設定した固有スクリュと、この固有スクリュにより成形可能な成形品に対して適合可能となる二以上の異なる種類の各油圧シリンダが着脱可能なシリンダ着脱部を有するシリンダ取付機構とを設けるとともに、前記シリンダ取付機構を、前記加熱筒の後端を支持する加熱筒固定部,及びこの加熱筒固定部の両側に配し、かつ前記油圧シリンダをそれぞれ着脱可能にする、前記シリンダ着脱部を構成する左右一対の前着脱部を一体に有する、位置を固定した固定ブロック部と、この固定ブロック部の後方に配し、かつ前記加熱筒に挿通させた前記固有スクリュの後端を回転させる前記スクリュ回転駆動部,及びこのスクリュ回転駆動部の両側に配し、かつ前記各油圧シリンダから突出したピストンロッドの先端をそれぞれ着脱可能にする、前記シリンダ着脱部を構成する左右一対の後着脱部を一体に有する支持ブロック部を設けて構成し、成形を行う際に、予め、前記各油圧シリンダから、成形を行う成形品及び前記固有スクリュに対して、適合する油圧シリンダを選定し、この選定した油圧シリンダを前記シリンダ取付機構に取付けて成形を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の成形方法。
- 前記特定値は、18〜25の範囲から選定することを特徴とする請求項6記載の射出成形機の成形方法。
- 前記各油圧シリンダは、出力する最大圧力及び/又は最大速度が異なることを特徴とする請求項6記載の射出成形機の成形方法。
