Description

[000199]上述の図39から41までは、操向可能な医療器具の内側シャフトを外側シャフトに対して軸方向に移動させて、操向可能部位の湾曲をもたらすように適合されたコントローラの例示的な実施形態を示している。図39から41までのコントローラは、一方のシャフトはハンドルグリップに対して回転方向にも軸方向にも係留されるように設計され、他方のシャフトはハンドルに対して回転方向に係留されるが、軸方向には移動できるように適合された設計とされる。とりわけ、外側シースの近位係留点は回転方向にも軸方向にも固定される。この構成は、操向が単方向に限られており、内側シャフトと外側シャフトの間の間隙を最小化することが望ましい場合には特に有利である。そのような構成では、内側シャフトが引かれて引張力を与えられると、外側シャフトには圧縮力が加わる。それによって外側シャフトは直径が拡張され、内側シャフトは直径が縮小される。そのため、内側シャフトと外側シャフトの間隙の許容差を最小化することができて、2つのシャフトの間に生じる摩擦は最小化される。
Claims (10)
- 操向可能な医療器具を操向するための操向アセンブリであって、
操向可能な医療器具に固定されたハンドル部位を備えており、前記操向可能な医療器具は第1の管状部材および第2の管状部材を有し、前記ハンドル部位が、
らせんねじ山を有する第1のねじおよびらせんねじ山を有する第2のねじであって、第1のねじは前記第1の管状部材と動作可能に連結され、第2のねじは前記第2の管状部材と動作可能に連結される第1および第2のねじと、
使用者によって操作されるように適合された外側面を有し、前記第1および前記第2のねじと動作可能に連絡するアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータの操作によって前記第1のねじおよび前記第1の管状部材の第1の方向への軸方向移動がもたらされ、前記第2のねじおよび前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向への軸方向移動がもたらされるアクチュエータとを備え、
前記第2のねじが前記第1のねじの中にあり、前記第1の管状部材が前記第2の管状部材の中に配設され、
