Claims (4)
- 冷却塔と、
前記冷却塔に対して予冷側循環路を介して接続された熱交換器と、
負荷熱交換器を流通した冷却媒体が冷凍機に戻る負荷側排出路に接続され、前記熱交換器に冷却媒体を引き込むための引込路と、
前記引込路上に設けられ、前記負荷側排出路を流通する冷却媒体を、該引込路を介して前記熱交換器に流通させる引込部と、
前記引込路上において前記熱交換器の前後にそれぞれ設けられ、該引込路を開閉するバルブと、
を備え、
前記冷却塔、前記熱交換器および前記引込部が架台に搭載されている冷却装置。 - 前記引込部は、
前記負荷側排出路を流通する冷却媒体を前記引込路内に引き込む引込ポンプである請求項1に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記冷却塔および前記引込部を制御する制御部を備える請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記冷凍機とは独立して、前記冷却塔および前記引込部を制御する請求項3に記載の冷却装置。
