Description
まず、本発明の一実施の形態における温水装置の構成について説明する。
図11および図12を参照して、比較例の潜熱回収熱交換器10について説明する。比較例の潜熱回収熱交換器10は、本実施の形態の整流板15を備えていない。そのため、整流板15の上方から流入口FIに流入した加熱用気体は、複数の伝熱プレート11bの端部11baに流れる。このため、複数の伝熱プレート11bの端部11baへの加熱用気体のショートカットが発生する。
Claims (9)
- 外部を流れる加熱用気体と内部を流れる湯水との間で熱交換するための熱交換器であって、
前記加熱用気体が流入する流入口と、前記加熱用気体が流出する流出口と、前記流入口と前記流出口とをつなぐ周壁部とを含むケースと、
前記ケースの前記周壁部に取り囲まれ、かつ互いに積層され、各々が前記流入口から前記流出口に向かう方向に延在する複数の伝熱プレートを有する熱交換部と、
前記ケースの前記周壁部に取り囲まれ、前記加熱用気体を整流する整流板とを備え、
前記整流板は、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向における前記複数の伝熱プレートの端部において、前記複数の伝熱プレート同士の間の空間を塞ぐように前記複数の伝熱プレートを覆う天板部を含み、
前記複数の伝熱プレートのうち最外層に設けられた前記伝熱プレートは、前記湯水を流入させる流入部および前記湯水を流出させる流出部の少なくともいずれかを有し、
前記天板部は、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向において、前記複数の伝熱プレートの前記端部から前記流入部および前記流出部の少なくともいずれかよりも内側に延びている、熱交換器。 - 前記天板部は、第1天板部と、前記第1天板部から分離された第2天板部とを含み、
前記第1天板部は、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向において、前記複数の伝熱プレートの前記端部から前記流入部よりも内側に延びており、
前記第2天板部は、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向において、前記複数の伝熱プレートの前記端部から前記流出部よりも内側に延びている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記整流板は、前記天板部に接続され、かつ前記流入口から前記流出口に向かう方向に延在する側板部を含み、
前記側板部は、前記流入口から前記流出口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向において、前記複数の伝熱プレート同士の間の空間を塞ぐように前記複数の伝熱プレートを覆っている、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記側板部は、前記複数の伝熱プレートの各々に固定されている、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記整流板は、前記側板部に接続された底板部を含み、
前記底板部は、前記流出口から前記流入口に向かって前記熱交換部を見たときに、前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向と交差する方向における前記複数の伝熱プレートの前記端部において、前記複数の伝熱プレート同士の間の空間を塞ぐように前記複数の伝熱プレートを覆っている、請求項3または4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換部は、
前記周壁部との間に前記複数の伝熱プレートを前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向に挟む背板部と、
前記背板部から前記複数の伝熱プレートが積層された方向に向かって突出する突起部とを含み、
前記側板部は、前記複数の伝熱プレートと前記突起部との間に挟まれている、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記複数の伝熱プレートの各々は外縁に設けられた凹部を含み、
前記整流板の前記熱交換部側の端は、前記凹部に係止されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記天板部は、前記複数の伝熱プレートの前記端部から内側に向けて下り勾配を有するように傾斜している、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の前記熱交換器と、
前記加熱用気体を発生させるためのバーナとを備えた、温水装置。
