Description
Claims (3)
- 車両走行用のモータを駆動させるモータ駆動システムであって、
複数のスイッチング素子を有し、直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータと、
前記モータへの指令値を示す変調波をキャリア波に基づいてPWM変調することにより、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング信号を生成する制御部であって、前記モータの運転状態に応じて前記キャリア波の周波数であるキャリア周波数を変更する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記モータの回転数が規定の基準回転数以下かつトルクが規定の基準トルク以上の領域であるロック領域内にあり、かつ、前記モータが加減速状態でない場合は、前記キャリア周波数を前記スイッチング素子を保護する保護周波数に設定し、前記モータの回転数およびトルクで定まる動作点が前記ロック領域内にあっても、前記モータが加減速状態の場合には、前記キャリア周波数を前記保護周波数よりも高い非保護周波数に設定し、
前記制御部は、前記モータの加速度の絶対値が、0、または、0より大きく設定された閾値以下の場合に前記モータが加減速状態でないと判断する、
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動システム。 - 請求項1に記載のモータ駆動システムであって、
前記動作点と前記キャリア周波数との相関を示すマップであって、前記ロック領域における前記キャリア周波数が前記保護周波数に設定されたロック用マップと、全範囲にわたって前記キャリア周波数が前記保護周波数よりも高い周波数に設定された非ロック用マップと、を記憶するマップ記憶部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記モータの回転数および加速度に基づいて、前記ロック用マップと非ロック用マップのうち参照するマップを特定し、特定されたマップに基づいて前記キャリア周波数を決定する、
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動システム。 - 請求項2に記載のモータ駆動システムであって、
前記ロック用マップでは、前記ロック領域の周囲に、前記キャリア周波数として現在の周波数を使用することが規定されたヒステリシス領域が設定されており、
前記制御部は、前記モータの加速度の絶対値が、0より大きく設定された閾値より大きい場合に前記モータが加減速状態であると判断する、
ことを特徴とするモータ駆動システム。
