Description
取付孔に圧入する防振装置の製造方法において、前記防振ブッシュを第1方向へ移動させて前記取付孔に圧入する圧入工程と、前記取付孔に圧入された前記防振ブッシュを前記第1方向と逆向きの第2方向へ移動させる戻し工程と、前記圧入工程と前記戻し工程との間に行う工程であって、前記筒体の中空部の両側からロッドを挿入して前記防振ブッシュの移動を規制した状態で前記防振ブッシュを停止させて前記ゴム弾性体の歪みを緩和する歪み緩和工程とを備える。
Claims (2)
- 筒体の外周にゴム弾性体が設けられた防振ブッシュを被圧入体に設けられた取付孔に圧入する防振装置の製造方法において、
前記防振ブッシュを第1方向へ移動させて前記取付孔に圧入する圧入工程と、
前記取付孔に圧入された前記防振ブッシュを前記第1方向と逆向きの第2方向へ移動させる戻し工程と、
前記圧入工程と前記戻し工程との間に行う工程であって、前記筒体の中空部の両側からロッドを挿入して前記防振ブッシュの移動を規制した状態で前記防振ブッシュを停止させて前記ゴム弾性体の歪みを緩和する歪み緩和工程とを備えた防振装置の製造方法。 - 前記防振ブッシュは、前記ゴム弾性体の外周面に、第1方向と平行なストレート部と、前記ストレート部の前記第1方向前側に設けられた前記ストレート部より小径な縮径部とを備え、
前記圧入工程において、前記縮径部が前記被圧入体から第1方向へ突出し、前記被圧入体の前記第1方向前端が前記ストレート部を保持する位置まで前記防振ブッシュを前記第1方向へ移動させる請求項1に記載の防振装置の製造方法。
