- 管状中心孔(12)を有するハブ(11)と、

前記管状中心孔(12)に囲むように構成された中央開口部(31)を有する右側シュラウド(15)と、
前記ハブ(11)と前記左側シュラウド(14)とに一体的に接続される複数のブレードと、前記ハブと前記右側シュラウド(15)とに一体的に接続される複数のブレードとを含む複数のブレード(13)と、
前記左側シュラウド(14)の外側縁部と前記右側シュラウド(15)の外側縁部の間に位置するインペラ出口と、を備え、
前記ハブ(11)と前記左側シュラウド(14)とに接続される前記複数のブレード(13)の隣接するブレード(13)の各対が、複数の左側ブレード間溝(21)を画定し、各々の該左側ブレード間溝(21)が前記左側シュラウド(14)の前記中央開口部(16)の内部に配置されるそれぞれの投入開口部(22)を前記インペラ出口に配置される排出開口部(23)に接続し、
前記ハブ(11)と前記右側シュラウド(15)とに接続される前記複数のブレード(13)の隣接するブレード(13)の各対が、複数の右側ブレード間溝(24)を画定し、各々の該右側ブレード間溝(24)が、前記右側シュラウド(15)の前記中央開口部(31)の内部に配置されるそれぞれの投入開口部(25)を前記インペラ出口に配置される排出開口部(26)に接続し、
前記左側ブレード間溝(21)の前記排出開口部(23)と前記右側ブレード間溝(24)の前記排出開口部(26)は、前記インペラ出口の中央平面(20)上で交互に配置され、
前記左側ブレード間溝(21)及び前記右側ブレード間溝(24)が可変の断面の形状を有し、各々の前記断面の形状が前記投入開口部(22、25)で実質的に四辺形であり、その後実質的に五角形になり、次いで、前記排出開口部(23、26)で実質的に四辺形になる、
二重吸込インペラ。 - 前記左側ブレード間溝(21)及び前記右側ブレード間溝(24)が、中を通過する流体の速度が一次及び二次導関数が連続である関数によって記述されることを可能にするように適合されている、請求項1に記載の二重吸込インペラ。
- 単一部品から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の二重吸込インペラ。
- 前記管状中心孔(12)がインペラ駆動シャフトを受容するように適合されており、前記インペラ駆動シャフトがキーとキー溝で前記管状中心孔(12)に駆動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二重吸込インペラ。
- 各々の前記中央開口部(16、31)が開口部縁部(17)と開口部縁(18)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の二重吸込インペラ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の二重吸込インペラを備える遠心ポンプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の二重吸込インペラを備えるハイドロリックパワーリカバリータービン。
