Claims (17)
- 電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の動力伝達グループ(5)への少なくとも1つの電気接続部材(23)と、
互いに電気的に接続された複数の電池(30)と、
衛星地理位置信号の受信機(41)と、前記受信機(41)に操作可能に接続された、前記衛星地理位置信号の処理ユニット(42)とを有する少なくとも1つの第1回路ブロック(40)と、
電気又はハイブリッド車(1)のハンドル(12)の固定位置に固定され、前記第1回路ブロック(40)に論理的に結合されるダッシュボード(10)と、
を備え、
前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、周期的に又はイベントが発生したときに活性化し、より高い電力消費状態に到達するため、及び、所定の時間間隔又はイベントが発生したときに、充電池パック(20)の地理的位置を検出し、予め検出された地理的位置に対して地理的位置の変化が生じたか否かを評価するため、通常は低電力消費状態となり、
前記イベントは、前記ダッシュボード(10)が取り外されて前記第1回路ブロック(40)が認証信号を受信不能となったか否かに基づいて判断する、電気又はハイブリッド車(1)のための充電式電池パック(20)。 - 前記衛星測位信号の受信機(41)がGPS受信機である、請求項1に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、検出された前記地理的位置を遠隔で通信するための無線通信インターフェース(45)を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の充電式電池パック。
- 前記無線通信インターフェース(45)は、無線セルラーネットワークへの接続のためのモデムを備えている、請求項3に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、前記無線通信インターフェース(45)の接続のためにSIMを収容するように適合されたSIMカードの支持及び接続装置(46)をさらに備え、無線セルラーネットワークに送信する、請求項4に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、地理的位置の変化を検出すると、前記無線通信インターフェース(45)を介して第1アラーム信号を送信するように構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロックは(40)は、前記電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の許可された使用状態を識別するための認証コードを受信する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、前記認証コードが存在しないか、又は、間違ったコードが存在する場合、前記電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の駐車状態を識別する、請求項7に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、
−電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の駐車状態において、周期的に、又は、イベントが発生したとき、起動し、高電力消費状態に到達するために、設定時間間隔、又は、イベントが発生したとき、前記充電式電池パック(20)の地理的位置を検出し、以前に検出された地理的位置に対して、発生した地理的位置の変化があったか否かを評価するために、通常、低い電力消費状態に留まり、
−電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の使用許可状態において、より高い電力消費状態に留まる、請求項8に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。 - 前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、認可された使用状態から駐車状態への変化を検出又は識別する際、前記充電式電池パック(20)の地理的位置を検出するように構成されると共に、同じ地理的位置における前記電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の地理的位置の変化、又は、永続性を評価するための時間間隔の後に更なる位置検出を実行するために、検出された地理的位置を記憶する、請求項2又は8に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記第1回路ブロック(40)の取り外しを防止する機械的不正開封防止システムを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 複数の電池(30)と、前記複数の電池を画定するために、電池同士を機械的に結合する少なくとも1つの支持装置(31)とを備え、前記第1回路ブロック(40)を前記複数の電池(30)に恒久的に固定する少なくとも1つの締結要素(44)をさらに備えている、請求項11に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 前記締結要素(44)は、前記第1回路ブロック(40)を前記複数の電池(30)に不可逆的に固定する、請求項12に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 電気又はハイブリッド車(1)の動力伝達グループ(5)への少なくとも1つの電気接続部材(23)と、
互いに電気的に接続された複数の電池(30)と、
衛星地理位置信号の受信機(41)と、前記受信機(41)に操作可能に接続された、前記衛星地理位置信号の処理ユニット(42)とを有する少なくとも1つの第1回路ブロック(40)と、
前記複数の電池(30)及び前記第1回路ブロック(40)を収容する、2つのハーフシェル(61,62)からなるシャーシ(21)を備え、前記電気又はハイブリッド車(1)から前記シャーシ(21)が脱落するのを阻止する機械的締結システム(15)と、

前記機械的締結システム(15)は、2つのハーフシェル(61,62)を開放しようとするとき、前記電池(30)を破損させる要素(63)で構成され、
前記第1回路ブロック(40)は、周期的に又はイベントが発生したときに活性化し、より高い電力消費状態に到達するため、及び、所定の時間間隔又はイベントが発生したときに、充電池パック(20)の地理的位置を検出し、予め検出された地理的位置に対して地理的位置の変化が生じたか否かを評価するため、通常は低電力消費状態となる、電気車両又はハイブリッド車両(1)のための充電式電池パック(20)。 - 前記イベントは、前記機械的締結システム(15)から導かれる閾値より高い機械的衝撃である、請求項14に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
- 慣性加速度計をさらに備え、前記機械的衝撃が前記慣性加速度計によって検出される、請求項15に記載の充電式電池パック(20)。
