Claims (2)
- 内燃機関により駆動されるモータ発電機の発電電力及びバッテリの放電電力の少なくとも一方の電力により駆動モータを駆動して走行するハイブリッド車両であって、
内燃機関の出力軸及びモータ発電機の駆動軸の間で内燃機関の動力を増速しながらモータ発電機側に伝達する第1歯車機構と、
モータ発電機の駆動軸及び車両駆動軸の間でモータ発電機側の動力を減速しながら車両駆動軸に伝達する第2歯車機構と、
駆動モータ及び車両駆動軸の間で駆動モータ側の動力を減速しながら車両駆動軸に伝達する第3歯車機構と、
モータ発電機の駆動軸と第1歯車機構または第2歯車機構との接続及び接続の遮断を切り替えるクラッチ機構と、
クラッチ機構を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
クラッチ機構は、第1歯車機構とモータ発電機の駆動軸との間に配置される第1摩擦クラッチと、第2歯車機構とモータ発電機の駆動軸との間に配置される第2摩擦クラッチとを含み、
通常時において、モータ発電機の駆動軸は、車両駆動軸と内燃機関の出力軸との両方には同時に接続されないように構成され、
さらに、第1歯車機構の歯車が固定された第1歯車軸が軸方向に移動可能であり、第1歯車軸の移動によって第1摩擦クラッチの接続と遮断とが切り換えられ、第2歯車機構の歯車が固定された第2歯車軸が軸方向に移動可能であり、第2歯車軸の移動によって第2摩擦クラッチの接続と遮断とが切り換えられ、
制御装置は、内燃機関がモータ発電機の駆動によって正常に始動しにくい異常発生時に、第1摩擦クラッチ及び第2摩擦クラッチの両方を接続する、
ハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
制御装置は、
モータ発電機と駆動モータとの両方を車両の駆動源として走行するEV走行と、駆動モータを車両の駆動源として走行するHV走行との切り換えを行い、
EV走行を実行させるときに、モータ発電機と車両駆動軸とをクラッチ機構で接続し、
HV走行を実行させるときには、モータ発電機と内燃機関とをクラッチ機構で接続し、内燃機関を駆動することでモータ発電機に発電させ、モータ発電機で発電した電力を、バッテリを介してまたは直接に駆動モータに供給する、ハイブリッド車両。
