Claims (4)
- 被処理物を熱処理する熱処理炉であって、
前記被処理物を第1のガス雰囲気で熱処理する第1空間と、前記被処理物を前記第1のガス雰囲気と異なる第2のガス雰囲気で熱処理する第2空間と、前記第1空間及び前記第2空間を接続する第3空間と、を備える炉体と、
前記第1空間の一端から前記第3空間を介して前記第2空間の他端まで前記被処理物を搬送する搬送装置と、
前記第1空間内の入口側の近傍に配置され、前記第1空間内のガスを排出する第1排気流路と、
前記第2空間内の前記第3空間の近傍に配置され、前記第2空間内のガスを排出する第2排気流路と、を備えており、
前記第3空間の搬送方向に直交する断面積は、前記第1空間の搬送方向に直交する断面積より小さく、かつ、前記第2空間の搬送方向に直交する断面積より小さく、
前記第3空間の高さ方向の寸法は、前記第1空間の高さ方向の寸法より小さく、かつ、前記第2空間の高さ方向の寸法より小さい、熱処理炉。 - 前記搬送装置は、前記被処理物が載置される載置面を有しており、前記被処理物が前記載置面に載置された状態で前記第1空間の一端から前記第2空間の他端まで搬送可能となっており、
前記第3空間の搬送方向の寸法は、前記被処理物の搬送方向の寸法より大きい、請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記第1空間に配置され、前記第1空間内の温度を調整する第1ヒータと、
前記第2空間に配置され、前記第2空間内の温度を調整する第2ヒータと、をさらに備えており、
前記第3空間にはヒータが配置されておらず、前記第3空間の天井壁の位置は、前記第1空間及び前記第2空間に配置されるヒータの位置よりも低くされている、請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記搬送装置は、前記第3空間を前記被処理物が搬送されるときの搬送速度が、前記第1空間を前記被処理物が搬送されるときの搬送速度より大きく、かつ、前記第2空間を前記被処理物が搬送されるときの搬送速度よりも大きくなるように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。
