Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door device.

Conventionally, a sliding door that is slidably installed along one surface of the wall body so as to open and close an opening or the like provided in the wall body on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening, so-called an outset storage type door It has been known. When such an outset is stored, an upper rail for guiding the upper end side of the sliding door is attached along the wall surface. Therefore, there is a problem that the upper rail is easily conspicuous on the wall surface on the side where the sliding door is placed (stored) when it is opened, particularly when the sliding door is closed.
For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a sliding door device including a lower rail on which a door roller provided at a lower end portion of a sliding door runs and is fixed to a floor surface, and an upper guide mechanism that guides an upper portion of the sliding door. Further, in this sliding door device, the guide member of the rail member provided at the upper end of the sliding door is engaged with the guide member that constitutes the upper guide mechanism provided on the upper wall surface between the opening and the side wall surface thereof. It is configured to have a matching guide groove.

However, in the sliding door device as described in Patent Document 1, the upper end side of the sliding door is guided by a guide member that is smaller than the door width dimension of the sliding door. Therefore, it is conceivable that the upper end side of the part of the sliding door separated from the guide member may easily swing in the door thickness direction, or the part separated from the guide member may easily rise. For example, in the fully closed position, the upper end side of the sliding door, which is the side operated when opened, may easily swing, and a load may be applied to the guide member that engages on the door tail side of the sliding door. .. Further, when a mechanism for decelerating the sliding door is provided, it may be possible that the front side in the moving direction is easily lifted, and further improvement is desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door device that can stably guide a door plate while making a member that guides the upper end side of the door plate inconspicuous in a fully closed position. A sliding door device having a door plate built in, which is arranged on one floor side of the wall body, guides a lower end side of the door plate, and receives a load of the door plate, and a fully closed position. On one side of the wall body on one side in the opening width direction of the opening, which is the substantially central part of the movement locus of the door plate that moves between the fully open position and the fully open position, within the width of the door end side end portion of the door plate at the fully closed position. The upper guide member, which is arranged so as to be within the width of the door tip side end portion of the door plate in the fully opened position, is provided on the upper end side of the door plate, and the upper guide member for guiding the upper end side of the door plate.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Note that in some of the drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other drawings are omitted.
Moreover, in each of the following embodiments, a direction such as a vertical direction will be described based on a state in which the sliding door device according to each embodiment is installed.

1 to 8 are diagrams schematically showing an example of a sliding door device according to the first embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sliding door device 1 according to the present embodiment has one surface of the wall body 2 that opens and closes the opening 3 provided in the wall body 2 on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. A door plate 10 is installed so as to be slidable along the door. In other words, this door board 10 is on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3, not a sleeve wall storage housed in a sleeve wall provided in a part of the wall body or a door pocket storage housed in a wall bag provided in the wall body. It is configured to be slidable on the outside so that it can be built into what is called an outset storage. Further, when the door plate 10 is slid from the fully closed position shown in FIG. 3 to one side in the door width direction (wall width direction) to the fully opened position shown in FIG. It is configured to be arranged on one side in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2 located on one side. In the present embodiment, the sliding door device 1 is configured to include a single door plate 10.

Further, the sliding door device 1 is provided on one side (one side in the wall thickness direction) of the wall body 2 on the floor side, and includes a lower rail 6 that guides the lower end side of the door plate 10 and receives the load of the door plate 10. .. That is, the sliding door device 1 is of a lower load type in which the load of the door plate 10 is received by the lower rail 6.
In addition, the sliding door device 1 is installed on one side of the wall body 2 so that the sliding door device 1 is located within the width of the end portion of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position and within the width of the end portion of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. The upper guide member 30 is provided on the side and guides the upper end side of the door plate 10.
In addition, the sliding door device 1 includes an auxiliary upper rail 26 disposed along the upper edge portion of the opening 3 on one side of the wall body 2 and a surface of the end portion of the door plate 10 facing the wall body 2 side. The anti-vibration member 20 is provided at the upper end and is slidably locked to the auxiliary upper rail 26.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the opening 3 is provided so as to penetrate the wall body 2 of a building such as a residence, and constitutes an entrance/exit. The illustrated example shows an example in which the upper side and the left and right (opening width direction) sides of the opening 3 are partitioned by the upper frame 4 and the pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 that form the opening frame. Further, in the illustrated example, the upper frame 4 and the pair of vertical frames 5, 5 are fixed frames protruding from both sides in the wall thickness direction so that both ends in the wall thickness direction (projection direction) become so-called dust parts. An example is shown. In addition, a C-chamfered chamfer is provided on the center side in the opening width direction of both ends of the pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 in the wall thickness direction. An example is shown in which the dimension of the frame 4 along the wall thickness direction is smaller than the dimension of the pair of vertical frames 5, 5 along the wall thickness direction.
The lower side of the opening 3 may be partitioned by the floor surface or the lower frame. Moreover, you may grasp as the sliding door apparatus 1 provided with such an opening frame.

The lower rail 6 has a long shape along the sliding direction (door width direction) of the door plate 10, and is provided on the lower end side of the door plate 10 that slides between the fully closed position shown in FIG. 3 and the fully opened position shown in FIG. It is placed on the floor side so that it can be guided. In the illustrated example, the length of the lower rail 6 is set to a dimension corresponding to the dimension along the door width direction from the front end side end surface of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position to the door rear side end surface of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. Is shown. That is, the lower rail 6 has a length that is at least twice the opening width dimension of the opening 3.
The lower rail 6 is also provided with a guide groove 7 that opens upward so as to extend in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the lower rail 6 is arranged so as to be located on one side in the wall thickness direction of both vertical frames 5, 5 which is one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. In the illustrated example, the lower rail 6 is positioned on one side in the wall thickness direction of one of the vertical frames 5 located in the vicinity of the door end side end of the door plate 10 whose one end in the longitudinal direction is the fully closed position. An example of arrangement is shown. Further, in the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the lower rail 6 is arranged so as to be close to one surface of the vertical frames 5 and 5 in the wall thickness direction.
Further, in the present embodiment, the lower rail 6 is a so-called directly-mounted rail installed on the floor. Instead of such an aspect, the lower rail 6 may be embedded in the floor.

Further, in the present embodiment, a pair of stopper portions 8 and 9 for restricting the fully closed position and the fully opened position of the door plate 10 are provided at both ends of the lower rail 6 in the longitudinal direction. That is, the fully closed side stopper portion 8 that restricts the fully closed position of the door plate 10 is provided at one longitudinal end of the lower rail 6, and the fully opened side stopper that restricts the fully opened position of the door plate 10 at the other longitudinal end of the lower rail 6. The part 9 is provided. These stopper portions 8 and 9 are provided so as to project upward. The fully-closed side stopper portion 8 is configured to abut on the lower end portion of the end face side end surface of the door plate 10 to suppress further movement of the door plate 10 toward the front side in the closing direction. The fully open side stopper portion 9 is configured to abut on the lower end portion of the door end side end surface of the door plate 10 to suppress further movement of the door plate 10 to the front side in the opening direction. It should be noted that the projecting sizes of the stopper portions 8 and 9 toward the upper side may be appropriately set so that the movement of the door plate 10 can be suppressed and from the viewpoint of appearance.

The door plate 10 is vertically long and long, and as shown in FIG. 3, at the fully closed position, covers almost the entire opening 3 when viewed from one side in the wall thickness direction (door thickness direction). In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the door plate 10 has an inner side surface (expected surface) of the other vertical frame 5 located near the door tip side end of the door plate 10 in the fully open position and the door tip. The side end surfaces are arranged so as to be substantially coplanar.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the vertical dimension and the door width dimension of the door plate 10 are made larger than the opening height dimension and the opening width dimension of the opening 3. In the illustrated example, the vertical dimension of the door plate 10 is set to a dimension that can cover the entire upper frame 4 when viewed from one side in the wall thickness direction at the fully closed position. Further, the door width of the door plate 10 is set so as to cover substantially the entire vertical frames 5 and 5 on both sides when viewed from one side in the wall thickness direction at the fully closed position. Further, in the illustrated example, the overlapping width (width along the door width direction) with the wall body 2 in the state where the door plate 10 in the fully closed position is viewed in the wall thickness direction is closer to the door rear side than the door end side end portion. It has a small diameter that is impossible.

Further, on the upper plate portion of the full-open side holding member 43, a stopper for fixing the full-close side holding member 44 whose position along the wall width direction is adjusted with respect to the full-open side holding member 43 to the adjusting member 42. An insertion portion 43d through which the tool is inserted is provided. The insertion portion 43d is provided so as to communicate with the female screw hole 42f of the adjustment member 42. Further, the insertion portion 43d has a long hole shape in the wall width direction so that the position of the fully open side holding member 43 with respect to the adjustment member 42 in the wall width direction can be adjusted. In the illustrated example, the insertion portion 43d has a notch shape that opens toward the other side (counter opening side) in the wall width direction. It should be noted that the upper plate portion of the full-open side holding member 43 is formed so as not to interfere with the stopper screwed through the female screw hole 42f of the adjusting member 42, instead of the mode in which the insertion portion 43d is provided. You may do it.
Further, a notch-shaped recess 43e for movably receiving a spacer 45 fixed to a fully closed side holding member 44, which will be described later, in the lower plate portion of the fully open side holding member 43 extends in the wall width direction. It is provided in. The recess 43e is provided so as to penetrate the other side portion in the wall width direction of the lower plate portion of the full-open side holding member 43 in the thickness direction and open toward the other side in the wall width direction.

The fully closed side holding member 44 is elongated in the wall width direction, and is configured to be slidably accommodated in the hollow portion of the fully opened side holding member 43 in the wall width direction.
A stopper insertion hole 44a, through which a stopper such as a screw for fixing the fully closed side acting member 32 to the fully closed side holding member 44, is inserted through the fully closed side holding member 44 in the vertical direction. It is provided in. In addition, an example is shown in which the stopper insertion holes 44a and 44a are provided at two locations on the other side in the wall width direction of the fully closed side holding member 44 at intervals in the wall width direction. The dimension (pitch) along the wall width direction between the stopper insertion holes 44a, 44a is the dimension (pitch) along the wall width direction between the stopper insertion holes 43b, 43b, 43c, 43c of the above-described full-open side holding member 43. ) Is the same size.

Further, the fully closed side holding member 44 is formed so that the head of the fastener inserted through the fastener insertion holes 44a, 44a does not interfere with the upper plate portion of the fully opened side holding member 43. In the illustrated example, the fully-closed side holding member 44 has a substantially H-shaped configuration in which, when viewed in the longitudinal direction, concave grooves that open upward and downward on both the upper and lower sides are provided over the entire length, and the upper concave portion is formed. It is configured such that the heads of the stoppers inserted into the stopper insertion holes 44a and 44a are housed in the grooves. Instead of such a mode, a mode in which a countersink-shaped recess for receiving the head of the stopper is provided on the upper surface side of the fully closed side holding member 44 may be adopted.
In addition, the lower concave groove suppresses interference with the head of the stopper inserted through the stopper insertion holes 43c, 43c of the lower plate portion of the full-open side holding member 43.
Further, a spacer 45 is fixed to the lower surface side of the fully closed side holding member 44 so that the lower surface is substantially flush with the lower surface of the fully open side holding member 43. The illustrated example shows an example in which the spacer 45 has a rectangular column shape that is long in the wall width direction. Further, the spacer 45 is provided with a plurality of stopper insertion holes 45a, 45a penetrating in the vertical direction so as to communicate with the stopper insertion holes 44a, 44a of the fully closed side holding member 44. It should be noted that the spacer 45 may be provided integrally with the fully-closed side holding member 44 instead of the separately provided spacer 45.

With this configuration, the fully closed side holding member 44 is screwed into the female screw hole 42f of the adjustment member 42, and the tip of the screw inserted into the insertion portion 43d of the fully open side holding member 43 is pressed against the upper surface side. By doing so, the adjustment member 42 is fixed. Further, if this screw is loosened, it becomes possible to adjust the position of the fully closed side holding member 44 with respect to the fully open side holding member 43 in the wall width direction. As a result, it is possible to adjust the gap between the fully open side action member 36 and the fully closed side action member 32 held by the fully open side hold member 43 and the fully closed side hold member 44 along the wall width direction. The mode in which the space between the fully open side action member 36 and the fully closed side action member 32 can be adjusted along the wall width direction is not limited to the above-described mode, and various other modifications are possible.

The guide main body 31 projects downward from the lower surface side of the fully open side holding member 43 and the fully closed side holding member 44 (spacer 45) provided so as to project to one side in the wall thickness direction of the mounting member 40.
The action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a of the upper guide member 30 configured as described above actuate the actuation arms 15, 18 of the cushioning mechanisms 13, 16 to decelerate the door plate 10.
That is, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the door plate 10 moves from the open side toward the fully closed position, the operation arm 15 of the fully closed side cushioning mechanism 13 is operated by the fully closed side inclined surface 33a. The door plate 10 is displaced so as to fall down, and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, if the operation arm 15 of the fully closed side cushioning mechanism 13 goes over the fully closed side inclined surface 33a and comes into contact with the fully closed side contact surface 35a with further movement to the fully closed side position, FIG. As shown in, the door plate 10 is displaced so as to stand up, and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, the tip roller 15a of the operating arm 15 is inserted into the fully closed side engagement concave portion 34 so as to go up the fully closed side contact surface 35a, and the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position.

Similarly, when the door plate 10 moves from the closed side toward the fully open position, the operation arm 18 of the fully open side cushioning mechanism 16 acts on the fully open side inclined surface 37a as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B. The door plate 10 is decelerated, and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, when the operating arm 18 of the full-open side cushioning mechanism 16 crosses the full-open side inclined surface 37a and comes into contact with the full-open side contact surface 39a with further movement to the full open side position, as shown in FIG. 8C. , And is displaced so as to stand up, and the door plate 10 is decelerated. Further, the tip roller 18a of the operating arm 18 is inserted into the full-open side engaging recess 38 so as to go up the full-open side contact surface 39a, and the door plate 10 is at the full open position.
In the present embodiment, when the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are actuated by the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a of the upper guide member 30 in this manner, the regulation portion 26 that suppresses lifting of the door plate 10 on the front side in the moving direction. , 28 are provided in the sliding door device 1. Further, the regulated portions 20 and 24 that engage with the regulating portions 26 and 28 are provided in the sliding door device 1. Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 and the anti-vibration member 20 are engaged with each other so that the upward movement of the anti-vibration member 20 relative to the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be suppressed. Further, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully closed position, the auxiliary upper rail 26 and the anti-vibration member 20 are provided with a restricting portion (door-end-side restriction that suppresses lifting of the door end side that is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10). Part) 26 and the regulated part (door end side regulated part) 20.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the anti-vibration member 20 includes a mounting portion 20 a that is mounted on the upper end of the front end of the door plate 10, and a locked portion 21 that is locked by the auxiliary upper rail 26. , Are provided. That is, as shown in FIG. 2( b ), when the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position, the anti-vibration member 20 is located closer to the door width side in the door width direction than the inner side surface of the opening 3 facing in the same direction as the door end side end surface. It is arranged so as to be located. Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, when the door plate 10 is at the fully open position, the vibration-damping member 20 is located closer to the door rear side in the door width direction than the inner side surface of the opening 3 that faces the same direction as the door end side end surface. It is arranged so that. In the present embodiment, the dimension of the anti-vibration member 20 along the door width direction is smaller than the dimension (thickness dimension) of the vertical frames 5, 5 along the door width direction. Further, the vibration-damping member 20 is arranged such that, when the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position, it overlaps with one of the vertical frames 5 located near the door tip side end of the door plate 10 in the wall thickness direction. Further, the anti-vibration member 20 is arranged so as to overlap in the wall thickness direction with the other vertical frame 5 located near the door end side end portion of the door plate 10 in the fully opened position.

The mounting portion 20a is in the shape of a thin plate whose thickness direction is substantially aligned with the door thickness direction. The attachment portion 20a may be attached to the surface of the door plate 10 facing the wall body 2 side (the other side surface in the wall thickness direction) by a fastener such as a screw. In this case, the attachment portion 20a may be provided with a stopper insertion hole that penetrates in the thickness direction. Further, in this case, a long hole-like stopper insertion hole may be provided so that the position of the anti-vibration member 20 with respect to the door plate 10 can be adjusted in the vertical direction and/or the door width direction.
The locked portion 21 is provided so as to project in a direction along the vertical direction from a position spaced from the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the door plate 10. In the present embodiment, the locked portion 21 is provided from the other end portion in the wall thickness direction of the connecting piece portion provided so as to project (bend) from the upper end portion of the mounting portion 20a toward the other side in the wall thickness direction. The structure is provided so as to project upward. Further, the locked portion 21 has a thin plate shape whose thickness direction is substantially aligned with the door thickness direction.

The auxiliary upper rail 26 is elongated in the wall width direction and has a uniform shape over the entire length. The auxiliary upper rail 26 is provided so that the anti-vibration member 20 of the door plate 10 that moves between the fully closed position and the fully open position can always be locked. Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 is arranged so as to be along one side in the wall thickness direction of the upper frame 4 that partitions the upper side of the opening 3. Further, the vertical dimension of the auxiliary upper rail 26 is set to be equal to or smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper frame 4. In the illustrated example, the vertical size of the auxiliary upper rail 26 is smaller than the vertical size of the upper frame 4.
Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 has a length reaching the upper ends of the vertical frames 5 and 5 on both sides which are vertically assembled to the upper frame 4. The length of the auxiliary upper rail 26 depends on the dimension along the wall width direction from the outer surface of the one vertical frame 5 facing the counter opening side to the outer surface of the other vertical frame 5 facing the counter opening side. May be

The auxiliary upper rail 26 is provided with a mounting portion 26 a that is mounted on the frame members 4, 5, and 5, and a locking portion 27 that locks the locked portion 21 of the anti-vibration member 20.
The mounting portion 26a is in the shape of a thin plate whose thickness direction is substantially aligned with the wall thickness direction. The attachment portion 26a may be attached to the upper frame 4 and the vertical frames 5 and 5 with a fastener such as a screw. The illustrated example shows an example in which the mounting portion 26a is mounted along one side in the wall thickness direction of the upper frame 4 via a spacer corresponding to a step between the vertical frames 5 and 5.
The locking portion 27 is provided so as to open downward and extend over the entire length, and is a recessed groove-shaped locking recess that receives the locked portion 21 of the vibration damping member 20 slidably in the door width direction. The groove 27 is formed. The locking recessed groove 27 includes a lower portion of the mounting portion 26a, a groove bottom wall portion 26b protruding from an intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the mounting portion 26a toward one side in the wall thickness direction, and the groove bottom wall portion 26b.
The groove width dimension of the locking recessed groove 27 is set according to the dimension along the door thickness direction of the locked portion 21 of the vibration damping member 20. The locked portions 21 of the vibration-proof member 20 are brought into contact with and regulated on both sides of the locking groove 27 in the groove width direction, and movement of the upper end of the door plate 10 in the door thickness direction is suppressed. ..
Further, the groove bottom wall portion 26 b that defines the groove bottom side of the locking groove 27 suppresses the upward movement of the vibration isolator 20 with respect to the auxiliary upper rail 26. That is, when the door tip side of the door plate 10 tries to move upward, the groove bottom wall portion 26b is brought into contact with the upper end portion of the locked portion 21 of the anti-vibration member 20, and the door plate side upper side of the door plate 10 is in contact. Is suppressed. As a result, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully closed position, lifting of the door tip side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 when the fully closed side cushioning mechanism 13 is operated by the action portion 33a, is suppressed.

When the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, the restricting portion (door end side restricting portion) 28 that suppresses the lift of the door end side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10, is provided on one side in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2. It is arranged on the floor side. Further, the door-end side regulated portion 24 that engages with the door-end side regulating portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion of the surface (the other side surface in the wall thickness direction) facing the wall body 2 side at the door-end side end portion of the door plate 10. The door butt side regulated member 24 includes an engaged portion 25 that engages with the regulating portion 28. Further, in this embodiment, the door-end side regulated member 24 is arranged so as not to overlap the opening 3 in the wall thickness direction when the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2( a) and 3, the door-end side regulated member 24 has a door width larger than the inner side surface of the opening 3 facing in the same direction as the door end side end surface when the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position. It is arranged so as to be located on the door end side in the direction. Further, in the example shown in the figure, an example is shown in which the door-end side regulated member 24 is attached to a portion closer to the door width direction center side from the door-end side end surface of the door plate 10.

The mounting portion 24a is in the shape of a thin plate whose thickness direction is substantially aligned with the door thickness direction. The attachment portion 24a may be attached to the surface of the door plate 10 facing the wall body 2 side (the other side surface in the wall thickness direction) by a fastener such as a screw. The illustrated example shows an example in which a plurality of stopper insertion holes 24b, 24b penetrating in the thickness direction are provided in the mounting portion 24a at intervals in the door width direction.
The engaged portion 25 is provided so as to protrude from the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the door plate 10 toward the other side (wall body 2 side) in the wall thickness direction. In the present embodiment, the engaged portion 25 is in the shape of a thin plate whose thickness direction extends substantially in the up-down direction and is elongated in the door width direction. Further, in the illustrated example, the engaged portion 25 is provided at the lower end portion of the mounting portion 24a so that the lower surface thereof is substantially flush with the lower end surface of the door plate 10.
The projecting dimension of the engaged portion 25 and the dimension along the door width direction effectively prevent the lifting of the door butt side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10, by engaging with the door butt side restricting portion 28 described later. The size is set appropriately from the viewpoint of

As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 3, the door-end side restricting portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion on one side in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2 so as to be located on the fully open side stopper portion 9 side of the lower rail 6. It is configured to be arranged. In the illustrated example, the door-end side regulating member 28 forming the door-end side regulating portion is provided on the floor so as to be located between the skirting board fixed to one side surface in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2 and the lower rail 6. An example is shown.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 6B, the door-end side regulating member 28 opens toward one side in the wall thickness direction and receives the engaged portion 25 of the door-end side regulated member 24. The fitting groove 29 is provided over the entire wall width direction. The downward facing surface (engaging surface) that is the groove side surface on one side in the groove width direction of the engaging recessed groove 29 suppresses the upward movement of the engaged portion 25 of the door tail side regulated member 24. The lifting of the door end side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 moving to the fully open position, is suppressed.

In the present embodiment, it is possible to adjust the position of the engaging surface facing the lower side of the engaging concave groove 29 in the vertical direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the door-end side regulating member 28 is attached to the mounting main body 28a fixed to the floor, and the position thereof is vertically adjustable with respect to the mounting main body 28a, and the lower surface serves as an engaging surface. And a combination member 28b.
The engagement member 28b has a substantially plate shape that is arranged along the thickness direction in the wall thickness direction. The engaging member 28b is provided with a plurality of stopper insertion long holes 28c, 28c which are long in the vertical direction and penetrate through in the thickness direction. The illustrated example shows an example in which the engaging member 28b is provided with stopper insertion slots 28c, 28c at two locations spaced apart in the wall width direction.
A portion (attachment portion) of the attachment body 28a to which the engagement member 28b is attached is formed into a substantially plate shape that is arranged substantially along the thickness direction in the wall thickness direction. The illustrated example shows an example in which guide wall portions that suppress the movement of the engaging member 28b in the wall width direction are provided at both ends in the wall width direction of the mounting portion of the mounting body 28a. Further, female screw holes corresponding to the stopper insertion long holes 28c, 28c of the engaging member 28b are provided at the mounting portion of the mounting body 28a. Further, a stopper insertion hole is provided at the lower end of the mounting body 28a so as to penetrate therethrough in the vertical direction.

By loosening the screw inserted through the stopper insertion elongated holes 28c, 28c of the engaging member 28b, it is possible to adjust the position of the engaging member 28b with respect to the mounting body 28a in the vertical direction, whereby the engaging groove 29 It is possible to vertically adjust the position of the engaging surface facing downward. Various modifications are possible as a mode in which the position of the engaging surface of the engaging groove 29 facing downward can be adjusted in the vertical direction. Further, instead of such an aspect, a door tail side regulating member 28 in which the mounting body 28a and the engaging member 28b are integrally formed may be used.
As shown in FIG. 8, the door-end side regulating member 28 and the door-end side regulated member 24 of the door plate 10 having the above-described configuration are provided before the actuating arm 18 of the full-open side cushioning mechanism 16 contacts the full-open side inclined surface 37a. Are arranged so as to engage with each other.

8A to 8C show the respective states of the lower end portion of the door plate 10 on the door tail side in the respective states of FIGS. 8A to 8C showing the upper end portion of the door plate 10 on the door tip side. It is shown in f). That is, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8D, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, the front end portion of the door bottom side regulating member 28 in the moving direction of the door tail side regulated member 24 of the door plate 10 is engaged. In the combined state, the actuating arm 18 of the full-open side cushioning mechanism 16 and the full-open side inclined surface 37a are in a non-contact state. As a result, when the door plate 10 moves to the fully open position, when the fully open side cushioning mechanism 16 is actuated by the fully open side inclined surface 37a as the operating portion, the lift of the door butt side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10, occurs. Suppressed.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 8B and 8E, with the door-end side regulating member 28 engaged with the door-end side regulated member 24 of the door plate 10, with further movement to the fully open position, The actuation arm 18 of the full-open side cushioning mechanism 16 contacts the full-open side inclined surface 37a, and the door plate 10 is decelerated as described above.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8C and 8F, when the door plate 10 is at the fully open position, the engagement between the door tail side regulated member 24 and the door tail side regulating member 28 is released. .. Note that, instead of such an aspect, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the door tail side regulated member 24 and the door tail side regulating member 28 are engaged even when the door plate 10 is at the fully open position.
Further, the lower rail 6, the upper guide member 30, the anti-vibration member 20, the door-end side regulated member 24, the auxiliary upper rail 26, and the door-end side regulating member 28 are made of a metal material, a hard synthetic resin material, or the like. It may be formed from. Further, the lower rail 6, the upper guide member 30, the anti-vibration member 20, the door-end side regulated member 24, the auxiliary upper rail 26, and the door-end side regulation member 28 are not limited to the above-described configurations, and various modifications are possible. It is possible.

Since the sliding door device 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, the upper guide member 30 that guides the upper end side of the door plate 10 is not noticeable at the fully closed position, but the door plate 10 is stably guided. can do.
That is, the upper guide member that guides the upper and lower sides of the door plate 10 slidably installed along one surface of the wall body 2 so as to open and close the opening 3 provided in the wall body 2 on one side in the wall thickness direction of the opening 3. 30 and the lower rail 6 are provided. Therefore, the door plate 10 can be stored in an outset form.
In addition, the upper guide member 30 is housed within the width of the rear end of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position and within the width of the front end of the door plate 10 in the fully open position. It is supposed to be arranged on one side. That is, the upper guide member 30 is arranged in the substantially central portion of the sliding area of the door plate 10. Therefore, the upper guide member 30 can be made inconspicuous at both the fully closed position and the fully opened position of the door plate 10, and the size of the upper guide member 30 along the door width direction can be reduced.

Further, the auxiliary upper rail 26 is provided on one side of the wall body 2 along the upper edge portion of the opening 3, and is provided at the upper end of the surface of the end of the door plate 10 facing the wall body 2 side. , And an anti-skid member 20 slidably locked to the auxiliary upper rail 26. Therefore, the anti-vibration member 20 provided on the upper end portion on the door tip side of the door plate 10 in the fully closed position is locked to the auxiliary upper rail 26, so that the door thickness on the upper end side of the door plate 10 on the door tip side. The movement in the direction can be suppressed. As a result, swinging on the upper end side of the door tip side, which is the side operated when opening from the fully closed position, is suppressed, so that the load on the upper guide member 30 that engages with the door butt side can be suppressed. it can. Further, since the anti-vibration member 20 is provided on the surface side of the door plate 10 facing the wall body 2 side, it can be made inconspicuous when the door plate 10 is seen on one side in the wall thickness direction. Further, since the auxiliary upper rail 26 is arranged along the upper edge portion of the opening 3, it can be made inconspicuous, and when the door plate 10 is at the fully closed position, the side where the door plate 10 is stored. It is not exposed on the wall surface of the and can give a clean impression.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 and the anti-vibration member 20 are configured to be engaged with each other so as to suppress upward movement of the anti-vibration member 20 with respect to the auxiliary upper rail 26. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the upward movement of the door end side end portion of the door plate 10 by the auxiliary upper rail 26, and it is possible to suppress the lifting of the door tip side. As a result, as described above, the operation of the buffer mechanism 13 in the case where the upper guide member 30 is provided with the action portion (the fully closed side inclined surface) 33a for operating the buffer mechanism 13 that decelerates the door plate 10 moving to the fully closed position. It is possible to suppress the lifting of the door end side due to the. That is, as described above, when the cushioning mechanism 13 is operated by the fully closed side inclined surface 33a of the upper guide member 30, the auxiliary upper rail 26 and the anti-vibration member 20 are prevented from floating on the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10. It can be made to function as the regulation part (door-end side regulation part) 26 and the regulated part (door-end side regulation part) 20 which operate. Instead of such a mode, the locking groove 27 of the auxiliary upper rail 26 may be opened upward, and the locked portion 21 of the vibration damping member 20 may be projected downward. Good. In this case, a mode in which a restricting portion (door end side restricting portion) 26 and a regulated portion (door end side regulated portion) 20 that suppress the lifting of the door plate 10 that moves to the fully closed position on the door front side are separately provided May be

Further, in the present embodiment, the vertical dimension of the auxiliary upper rail 26 is set to be equal to or smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper frame 4 partitioning the upper side of the opening 3, and the auxiliary upper rail 26 is arranged along one side of the upper frame 4 in the wall thickness direction. It is configured to be installed in. Therefore, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be made inconspicuous. The auxiliary upper rail 26 may have the same color tone as the opening frames 4, 5, and 5. According to this, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be made more inconspicuous.
Further, the anti-vibration member 20 is arranged so as not to overlap the opening 2 in the wall thickness direction when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position and the fully open position. Therefore, when the door plate 10 is in the fully closed position and the fully opened position, when the door plate 10 in the fully closed position and the fully opened position is seen from the other side in the wall thickness direction of the wall body 2, the anti-vibration member 20 stands out. Can be difficult.

Further, in the present embodiment, cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 for decelerating the door plate 10 that moves to at least one of the fully closed position and the fully open position are provided on the upper end side of the door plate 10, and the upper guide member 30 is provided with the buffer mechanism. Action parts 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a for actuating 13, 16 are provided. Therefore, the impact of the door plate 10 moving to at least one of the fully closed position and the fully open position can be mitigated. Further, for example, it is conceivable to provide the lower rail 6 and the upper guide member 30 with the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16, but as compared with such a structure, the structure of the lower rail 6 and the upper guide member 30 side is simplified. It is possible to reduce the thickness and the like. Further, by providing the upper guide member 30 with the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a, it is possible to simplify the structure of the auxiliary upper rail 26 while providing the cushioning mechanisms 13, 16. You can That is, as in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26 can be made thin in the wall thickness direction, and can have a simple structure that is uniform over the entire length.

Further, in this embodiment, when the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are actuated by the action portions 33a and 37a of the upper guide member 30, the regulation portions 26 and 28 that restrain the doorboard 10 from floating on the front side in the moving direction, and the regulation portions. The regulated portions 20 and 24 that engage with the portions 26 and 28 are provided. Therefore, as described above, when the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 provided on the rear end side of the door plate 10 in the moving direction are actuated by the action portions 33a and 37a of the upper guide member 30, they easily occur in the front direction of the door plate 10 in the moving direction. It is possible to suppress the floating of the side. As a result, even when the door wheels 11, 11 that engage with the lower rail 6 are provided at the lower ends of the door plate 10 on both sides in the door width direction as in the present embodiment, the door wheels 11, 11 on the front side in the moving direction are provided. It is possible to prevent the vehicle from derailing from the lower rail 6.

Further, in the present embodiment, the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are paired with both end portions in the door width direction on the upper end side of the door plate 10 so that the door plate 10 that moves to the fully closed position and the fully open position can be decelerated. It is provided. Therefore, while the size of the upper guide member 30 along the door width direction is reduced, the action mechanisms 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a provided on the upper guide member 30 cause the cushioning mechanism 13 at both ends in the door width direction, 16 is actuated so that the impact of the door plate 10 moving to either the fully closed position or the fully open position can be mitigated.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the upper guide member 30 is brought into contact with the distal end portions 15a and 18a of the respective actuating arms 15 and 18 of the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 provided in a pair so as to actuate the actuating arms 15 and 18. The operating parts 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a are provided. In addition, it is possible to adjust the gap between the fully closed side action parts 33a, 35a and the fully open side action parts 37a, 39a constituting the action parts 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a along the door width direction. Therefore, even though the upper guide member 30 is provided with the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a for actuating the cushioning mechanisms 13, 16 on both sides of the door plate 10 in the door width direction, the upper guide member 30 moves to the fully closed side and the fully open side. The door plate 10 can be adjusted so that the buffer mechanisms 13 and 16 operate at appropriate positions.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 9: is a figure which shows typically an example of the sliding door apparatus which concerns on 2nd Embodiment.
The differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same configurations will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

The sliding door device 1A according to the present embodiment is mainly different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the upper guide member 30A, the auxiliary upper rail 26A, and the anti-vibration member 20A.
In the present embodiment, the mounting member 40A of the upper guide member 30A has a configuration in which a mounting piece portion 41A mounted to the wall body 2 and a holding piece portion 42A holding the guide body 31A are integrally provided.
Further, the guide body 31A of the upper guide member 30A rolls by contacting the inner surface of the recessed groove 12 instead of the contact portion that contacts the inner surface of the recessed groove 12 provided on the upper end side of the door plate 10A. The rollers (guide rollers) 33Ac and 37Ac that are used are provided. In addition, guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are provided on the fully closed side action member 32A and the fully opened side action member 36A, respectively.

The guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac have the same configuration as each other, and are rotatable about an axis along the vertical direction. Further, the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are configured so that the peripheral surfaces thereof come into contact with the inner wall in the groove width direction as the inner surfaces of the recessed grooves 12 of the door plate 10A and roll. The outer diameter of these guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac is set to a dimension corresponding to the groove width of the concave groove 12 of the door plate 10A.
In the illustrated example, the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac are thin disk-shaped and are configured to abut on the upper end portion of the inner wall of the recessed groove 12, but the invention is not limited to such an aspect. Absent.
In addition, the portions other than the guide rollers 33Ac and 37Ac of the guide main body 31A have appropriate dimensions along the door thickness direction so as not to contact the inner surface of the concave groove 12.

Further, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary upper rail 26A is arranged along the lower surface of the upper frame 4 serving as the inner surface of the opening facing the lower side that defines the opening 3 that is the upper edge portion of the opening. .. The length dimension of the auxiliary upper rail 26A is set to a dimension corresponding to the opening width dimension of the opening 3. That is, the auxiliary upper rail 26A has a length dimension corresponding to the opening width dimension from the one vertical frame 5 to the other vertical frame 5.
The auxiliary upper rail 26A is provided with a locking concave groove 27A opening downward over the entire length. The locking groove 27A includes a bottom wall portion 26Aa arranged along the lower surface of the upper frame 4, and both side wall portions 26Ab and 26Ab provided so as to hang down from both sides in the wall thickness direction of the bottom wall portion 26A. It is divided by. The bottom wall portion 26Aa of the auxiliary upper rail 26A may be attached to the upper frame 4 by a fastener such as a screw. Further, in the illustrated example, the auxiliary upper rail 26A is attached along the lower surface of one end portion of the upper frame 4 in the wall thickness direction.

Similarly to the above, the anti-vibration member 20A includes a locked portion 21A that is slidably inserted into the locking groove 27A of the auxiliary upper rail 26A. The locked portion 21A is provided so as to project upward from the other side end portion in the wall thickness direction of the connecting piece portion that is provided so as to extend to the other side in the wall thickness direction as compared with the first embodiment. There is.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the door plate 10A moves between the fully closed position and the fully open position, the anti-vibration member 20A is always provided on the auxiliary upper rail 26A provided within the opening width of the opening 3 as described above. It is provided so as to be movable in the door width direction so as to be locked. That is, as described above, in the fully open position, the door plate 10A has the door end side end surface that is substantially flush with the inner side surface of the opening 3 that faces the same direction as the door end side end surface. It is necessary to position the door plate 10A on the outer side in the door width direction with respect to the front end side end surface. On the other hand, when the door plate 10A is in the fully closed position, the door end side end portion overlaps with the one vertical frame 5 in the wall thickness direction. Need to be located.

In the illustrated example, a slide portion 22 elongated in the door width direction is provided on the base end side (one side in the wall thickness direction) of the connecting piece portion of the anti-vibration member 20A. A holding member 23 that slidably holds is provided.
The slide portion 22 is provided so as to extend from the base end side of the connecting piece portion of the anti-vibration member 20A toward the door butt side. In addition, a stopper piece 22a that projects toward the other side in the wall thickness direction is provided at the end of the slide portion 22 on the door end side.
The holding member 23 is fixed to the other side surface of the door plate 10A in the wall thickness direction by a fastener such as a screw. The holding member 23 is provided with a recess 23a that slidably receives the slide portion 22 so as to penetrate in the door width direction.
As shown in FIG. 9( b ), the slide portion 22 and the holding member 23 of the anti-vibration member 20</b>A that are brought into contact with both inner side surfaces of the opening 3 and moved in the door width direction as the door plate 10</b>A is opened and closed. It is provided so as to guide the movement of the locked portion 21A.

Also in the sliding door device 1A according to the present embodiment configured as described above, substantially the same effects as the above-described first embodiment are achieved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the upper guide member 30A is provided with rollers (guide rollers) 33Ac and 37Ac that roll by being brought into contact with the inner surface of the concave groove 12 provided on the upper end side of the door plate 10A. Therefore, it is possible to smoothly guide the upper end side of the door plate 10A while simplifying the configuration of the concave groove 12 that serves as the guided portion on the door plate 10A side.
It should be noted that the locked portions 21, 21A of the anti-vibration members 20, 20A included in the sliding door devices 1, 1A according to each of the above-described embodiments contact the inner surfaces of the locking recessed grooves 27, 27A of the auxiliary upper rails 26, 26A. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a roller that is rolled by rolling is provided.

In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, the fully-closed side action members 32 and 32A and the fully-open side action members 36 and 36A that form the action portions 33a, 35a, 37a, and 39a that actuate the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are separated from each other. However, the configuration may be such that these are integrally provided. That is, the gap between the fully closed side action parts 33a, 35a and the fully opened side action parts 37a, 39a along the door width direction may be disabled. Further, the action parts 33a, 35a, 37a, 39a for actuating the cushioning mechanisms 13, 16 can be variously modified according to the mode of the cushioning mechanisms 13, 16. For example, the actuating arms 15 and 18 of the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 may be rod-shaped members that extend and contract in the direction along the door width direction or in the direction along the up-down direction.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the recessed groove 12 that opens upward is provided at the upper end portion of the door plate 10, 10A, but instead of such an aspect, the door plate 2 side of the door plate 10, 10A The recessed groove 12 may be provided so as to open on the other side surface (back surface) in the wall thickness direction facing toward. In this case, the upper guide members 30 and 30A may be appropriately deformed. Further, instead of the aspect in which the recessed groove 12 is provided on the door plates 10 and 10A side and the portion to be inserted into the recessed groove 12 is provided on the upper guide members 30 and 30A side, a convex strip is provided on the door plate 10 and 10A side. A mode in which a guide groove into which a ridge is inserted is provided on the guide member 30, 30A side may be adopted.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the upper guide members 30 and 30A in which the guide main bodies 31 and 31A and the mounting members 40 and 40A are separate bodies are illustrated, but a mode in which these are integrally provided may be used. In other words, the guide bodies 31 and 31A may be integrally provided with a portion to be attached to the attachment target. Various modifications can be made to the upper guide members 30 and 30A that guide the upper ends of the door plates 10 and 10A.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which the auxiliary upper rails 26 and 26A are fixed to the opening frames 4 and 5 is shown. However, instead of such a mode, the auxiliary upper rails 26 and 26A are fixed to the opening upper edges. It may be fixed to the wall surface of the part. In this case, the openings 3 may be defined by the inner surface which is cross-finished in a frameless manner without providing the opening frames 4 and 5.
In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which the vibration-damping members 20 and 20A are provided so as to be located only at the door end side end portions of the door plates 10 and 10A is shown. The stop members 20 and 20A may be provided in such a manner that they are provided over substantially the entire width direction of the door.

Next, still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 10 is a diagram schematically showing an example of a sliding door device according to the third embodiment.
The differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same configurations will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

In the sliding door device 1B according to the present embodiment, when the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are operated, the configuration of the restriction portion 28A and the lower rail 6A that suppress the lifting of the door plate 10 on the front side in the moving direction is the same as that of the first embodiment. Are mainly different.
Also in the present embodiment, similarly to the above, as shown in FIG. 10A, the restricting portion 28A is fixed to the floor by suppressing the lifting of the door butt side, which is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 moving to the fully open position. The door-end side regulating member 28A is used. Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10B and 10C, the fitted portion 6a in which the fitting portion 28d provided on the door-end side regulating member 28A is fitted to the lower rail 6A. Is provided. The fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A and the fitting portion 28d of the door-end side regulating member 28A are fitted to each other so that movement of the door-end side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A in the wall width direction can be suppressed. It is configured to be combined. In addition, the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A and the fitting portion 28d of the door tail side regulating member 28A can suppress movement of the door tail side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A in the wall thickness direction. It is configured to be fitted to each other.

The fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A is provided at the fully open side stopper portion 9 side portion of the lower rail 6A so that the door tail side regulating member 28A is positioned at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A. ing. Further, the fitted portion 6a has a receiving concave shape that opens toward the lower side and the wall 2 side at the end of the lower rail 6A on the wall 2 side. Further, the lower rail 6A has a lower surface side provided with a plurality of recessed grooves extending in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A and opening downward, and the recessed groove at the end of the lower rail 6A on the wall 2 side. It shows an example in which the fitted portion 6a is provided so as to cut out the lower end side portion of the side wall portion of the groove on the side of the wall body 2 that defines the.

Similarly to the above, the door-end side regulating member 28A includes an attachment body 28a fixed to the floor and an engagement member 28b attached to the attachment body 28a so as to be vertically movable. In the present embodiment, the fitting portion 28d is provided on the mounting body 28a. Further, the fitting portion 28d is provided at the lower end portion of the mounting body 28a where the fastener insertion hole is provided. In addition, the fitting portion 28d is provided so as to project from the lower end portion of the mounting body 28a toward one side in the wall thickness direction, and has a protruding piece shape that is fitted to the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A. I am supposed to.
The dimension of the fitting portion 28d along the wall width direction corresponds to the dimension of the fitted portion 6a along the wall width direction (longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A). That is, when the fitting portion 28d is fitted to the fitted portion 6a, the movement of the door rear side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A in the wall width direction is suppressed. It should be noted that, as a mode in which the movement of the trailing edge side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A in the wall width direction can be suppressed in a state where the fitting portion 28d and the fitted portion 6a are fitted together, various other modifications are possible. Is possible.

In addition, the fitting portion 28d is provided with a receiving groove 28e that receives the upper end side portion of the groove side wall portion that defines the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A. The receiving groove 28e is provided so as to open toward the upper side and extend in the wall width direction, and is provided over the entire fitting portion 28d in the wall width direction. In other words, the fitting portion 28d is provided with a projecting piece portion that projects toward the upper side, which is inserted into the groove at the end portion of the lower rail 6A on the lower surface side on the wall 2 side. If the protruding piece of the fitting portion 28d is inserted into the concave groove at the end of the lower rail 6A on the lower wall 6 side, that is, the fitting portion 6a of the lower rail 6A is defined in the receiving groove 28e. When the upper end portion of the groove side wall portion is inserted, the movement of the door tail side regulating member 28A in the wall thickness direction is suppressed. It should be noted that as the aspect in which the movement of the door-end side regulating member 28A with respect to the lower rail 6A in the wall thickness direction can be suppressed in the state where the fitting portion 28d and the fitted portion 6a are fitted to each other, various other modifications are possible. Is possible.

The sliding door device 1B according to the present embodiment having the above-described configuration also has substantially the same effects as those of the above-described first embodiment.
Further, in the present embodiment, the lower rail 6A is provided with the fitted portion 6a to which the fitting portion 28d provided on the regulating member (door-end side regulating member) 28A is fitted. Therefore, by fitting the fitting portion 28d of the door-end side regulating member 28A to the fitted portion 6a of the lower rail 6A, the door-end side regulating member 28A can be easily positioned with respect to the lower rail 6A. That is, the trailing edge side regulating member 28A can be easily positioned at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail 6A.

Next, still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
11 and 12 are diagrams schematically showing an example of a sliding door device according to the fourth embodiment.
The differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same configurations will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

In the sliding door device 1C according to the present embodiment, when the cushioning mechanisms 13 and 16 are actuated, the regulating portion 7A that suppresses the lifting of the door plate 10B on the front side in the moving direction and the regulated portion 46 that engages with this regulating portion 7A. The configuration is different from that of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the restricting portion 7A is an engaging groove 7A provided in the lower rail 6B so that an engaging surface facing downward is formed. That is, in the present embodiment, the lower rail 6B is provided with the engaging recessed groove 7A serving as the regulation portion, instead of separately providing the regulation member. Further, the restricted portion 46 provided at the lower end portion of the door plate 10B is provided with an engaged portion 48a which is inserted into the engaging concave groove 7A of the lower rail 6B.

The engagement groove 7A of the lower rail 6B is used as a guide groove 7A with which the door roller 11 provided at the lower end of the door plate 10B engages. Further, both or one of the inner walls on both sides of the guide groove 7A in the groove width direction is used as an engaging surface facing diagonally downward on the center side in the groove width direction. In this embodiment, the inner walls on both sides of the guide groove 7A in the groove width direction are used as engaging surfaces facing diagonally downward on the center side in the groove width direction. That is, the guide groove 7A has a shape in which the groove width is narrowed toward the upper side. The engagement surface provided in the guide groove (engagement concave groove) 17 is not limited to the inclined surface shape that is directed obliquely downward, and may be a substantially horizontal surface that is directed substantially downward. In this case, the guide groove 17 may be appropriately deformed.

Further, a holding portion 47 that holds the engaged portion 48a so as to be vertically movable is provided at the lower end portion of the door plate 10B. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the holding portion 47 is provided on the door-end side regulated member 46 that is attached to the lower end of the door plate 10B on the door-end side and that constitutes the regulated portion. That is, the door butt side that is the front side in the moving direction of the door plate 10 that moves to the fully open position by the engaged portion 48a of the door butt side regulated member 46 that is inserted into the guide groove (engagement groove) 7A of the lower rail 6B. It is configured to suppress the floating of the. Further, with such a configuration, the door plate 10B and the lower rail 6B are so-called connected to each other.
The door-end side regulated member 46 includes an engaging member 48 having an engaged portion 48a at a lower end thereof, a holding portion 47 for holding the engaging member 48 so that the engaging member 48 can move up and down, and an engaging member 48 downward. And a biasing member 49 that biases toward the side.

The holding portion 47 is configured to be attached so as to be opened at an end surface of the door plate 10B on the door tail side and to be fitted into an attachment recess opening downward. A stopper insertion hole into which a stopper such as a screw for attaching the holder 47 to the door plate 10B is inserted is provided in the holding portion 47 so as to penetrate in the direction along the door width direction.
Further, the holding portion 47 is provided with a recess for accommodating the engaging member 48 and the biasing member 49 so as to open toward the door end side. In addition, a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) partition walls 47a, 47a provided so as to be vertically separated from each other so as to partition the recess into upper and lower parts, and an engaging member 48 vertically elongated. The through holes 47b, 47b through which the holes are inserted are provided so as to penetrate in the vertical direction. The engaging member 48 is inserted through these insertion holes 47b, 47b and is held so as to be vertically movable with respect to the holding portion 47.

Further, the engagement member 48 has a vertically long rod shape, and is provided with an engaged portion 48a at the lower end portion. The engaged portion 48a has a shape viewed in the door width direction according to the shape viewed in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove 7A of the lower rail 6B. That is, the both side surfaces of the engaged portion 48a in the door thickness direction are parallel to the inner walls of both sides in the groove width direction that form the engaging surface of the guide groove 7A, and are inclined surfaces facing obliquely upward. Both side surfaces of the engaged portion 48a in the door thickness direction are brought into contact with both inner walls in the groove width direction of the guide groove 7A, and the upward movement of the engaged portion 48a is suppressed. That is, the movement of the door plate 10B with respect to the lower rail 6B to the upper side on the door tail side is suppressed. Further, in the illustrated example, the lower surface of the engaged portion 48a is shown as an example in which the lower surface is parallel to the groove bottom of the guide groove 7A having the horizontal surface facing upward. It should be noted that the lower surface of the engaged portion 48a and the groove bottom of the guide groove 7A or both of them may be provided with projections, rollers or the like that reduce mutual frictional resistance.

Further, a retaining portion 48b that suppresses the downward movement of the engaging member 48 is provided at the upper end portion of the engaging member 48. The retaining portion 48b has a brim shape that is formed to have a diameter larger than that of the insertion hole 47b of the holding portion 47. Further, as shown in FIG. 11A, the retaining portion 48b allows the engaging member 48 to move downward when the door roller 11 of the door plate 10B is engaged with the guide groove 7A. It is arranged at a position separated from the upper partition wall 47a to the upper side. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11B, if the door plate 10B moves upward and the engaging member 48 moves relatively downward with respect to the door plate 10B, the retaining portion 48b has an upper partition wall. It is brought into contact with the portion 47a. As a result, further downward movement of the engagement member 48 with respect to the door plate 10B is suppressed. Even in such a state, the door roller 11 is slightly engaged with the guide groove 7A.

The urging member 49 is a compression coil spring into which the engaging member 48 is inserted. The urging member 49 has its upper end abutted against the upper partition wall 47a and is restrained from moving upward. Further, a receiving portion 48c for receiving the lower end portion of the biasing member 49 is provided at an intermediate portion of the engaging member 48 in the vertical direction. That is, the engaging member 48 is urged downward by the urging member 49 via the receiving portion 48c. The biasing member 49 that biases the engaging member 48 downward is not limited to the compression coil spring, and various spring members such as a tension coil spring, a torsion spring, and a leaf spring can be used. .. In this case, the holding portion 47 and the engaging member 48 may be appropriately deformed according to the biasing member 49.

The sliding door device 1C according to the present embodiment configured as described above also has substantially the same effects as the above-described first embodiment.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the lower rail 6B is provided with the engaging recessed groove 7A that serves as a restriction portion. Therefore, as compared with the case where the regulating member 28 is provided separately from the lower rail 6 as in the above-described first embodiment, alignment along the wall width direction and the like are unnecessary, and a member serving as the regulating portion is provided. The recessed groove 7A can be made inconspicuous.
Further, in the present embodiment, the engagement groove that serves as the restriction portion of the lower rail 6B is the guide groove 7A with which the door roller 11 engages. Therefore, it is possible to make the guide groove 7A, which serves as the restriction portion, more inconspicuous. Further, the lower rail 6B can be simplified as compared with a case where an engaging groove is provided separately from the guide groove 7A with which the door roller 11 engages. Instead of such an aspect, an engaging concave groove may be provided separately from the guide groove 7A at an appropriate position such as the wall body 2 side portion of the lower rail 6B. For example, the door tail side regulating member 28A described in the third embodiment may be configured to be integrally provided on the lower rail 6B. In this case, the engaged portion 48a of the door plate 10B may be appropriately deformed.

In addition, in the present embodiment, a holding portion 47 that holds the engaged portion 48a so as to be vertically movable is provided at the lower end portion of the door plate 10B. Therefore, even when the door plate 10B is slightly lifted up, the door plate 10B can be allowed to move upward with respect to the lower rail 6B, and it is possible to suppress the removal of the door wheel 11 of the door plate 10B while being engaged. It is possible to suppress damage to the portion 48a. Instead of such an aspect, the engaged portion 48a may be fixed to the lower end portion of the door plate 10B so as not to move vertically.
Further, the different configurations described in the above embodiments may be appropriately rearranged or combined and applied.

In each of the above embodiments, the lower rails 6, 6A, 6B are provided with the guide grooves 7, 7A with which the door roller 11 engages, but the lower ends of the door plates 10, 10A, 10B are shown. A guide ridge that engages with the provided groove may be provided, and other various modifications are possible.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which the regulated portions 24 and 46 are provided at the lower end portions of the door plates 10, 10A, and 10B on the door tail side is shown, but instead of or in addition to such an aspect, A mode in which the regulated portion is provided at the lower end portion of the door plates 10, 10A, 10B on the door tip side may be adopted. In this case, the regulating portions 28, 28A, 7A provided on the floor side on one side of the wall body 2 may be deformed as necessary.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which the auxiliary upper rails 26, 26A and the anti-vibration members 20, 20A, and the regulating portions 28, 28A, 7A and the regulated portions 24, 46 are provided is shown. One of the above may be provided.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, a pair of cushions are provided at both ends in the door width direction on the upper end side of the door plates 10, 10A, 10B so that the door plates 10, 10A, 10B moving to the fully closed position and the fully open position can be decelerated. Although the example in which the mechanisms 13 and 16 are provided is shown, one or both of them may not be provided. In this case, the upper guide members 30 and 30A may be appropriately deformed.
