Claims (14)
- 流体管理及び切除システムであって、
内視鏡と、
コントローラと、
前記コントローラによって作動されるモータ駆動式の組織切除プローブと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ患者の体腔までの流路を通して流体の流入を行うように構成された流入ポンプと、
前記コントローラによって作動され、かつ前記体腔からの流路を通して流体の流出を行うように構成された流出ポンプと、を含み、
前記コントローラは、前記体腔内のターゲット圧力を維持するように、前記体腔内の流体圧力の信号に応答して、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプを作動させるように構成され、
流体圧力の前記信号は、前記体腔と連通する前記内視鏡内の静止流体柱に結合された圧力センサによって提供され、
前記圧力センサは、2つの独立した感知要素を含み、前記感知要素は両方とも、前記静止流体柱と接続され、
前記コントローラは、更に、流入ポンプ速度又は流出ポンプ速度に応答して、前記体腔までの及び前記体腔からの流路の任意の箇所における流体損失を検出し、流体損失信号を提供するように構成される、流体管理及び切除システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記2つの独立した感知要素からの圧力信号を比較して、前記圧力信号が互いに予め選択された範囲内になければセンサ誤作動の警告を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記2つの独立した感知要素からの圧力信号を比較して、前記圧力信号が互いに予め選択された範囲内になければ前記流体管理及び切除システムの進行中の動作を終了させ又は調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記流入ポンプ速度、前記流出ポンプ速度、及び前記体腔内の流体圧力の信号から構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つのパラメータに応答して、前記組織切除プローブを作動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記流入ポンプは、可変速度で作動可能であり、前記流出ポンプは、固定速度で作動可能である、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプのポンプ流量を独立に制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記静止流体柱は、流体の流入のために前記内視鏡の中を延びる流路から独立している、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記静止流体柱は、1mm以上の断面を有する、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、流入ポンプ速度が予め決められたレベルを予め選択された時間間隔にわたって超えていれば流体損失警告を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、切除作動モードで作動しているときに前記流入ポンプ速度が予め決められた第1のレベルを超えていれば流体損失警告を提供し、非切除作動モードで作動しているときに前記流入ポンプ速度が予め決められた第2のレベルを超えていれば流体損失警告を提供する、請求項9に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは更に、前記流入ポンプ速度が前記予め決められたレベルを前記予め選択された時間間隔にわたって超えていれば前記流入ポンプ及び前記流出ポンプの少なくとも一方を不作動にするように構成される、請求項9に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記流入ポンプ速度が前記予め決められたレベルを前記予め選択された時間間隔にわたって超えていれば前記組織切除プローブを不作動にするように構成される、請求項9に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記体腔内の実際の圧力が予め決められた閾値圧力レベルよりも下がることを感知したとき、前記組織切除プローブを不作動にするように構成される、請求項1に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記体腔内の実際の圧力が予め決められた閾値圧力レベルよりも下がったら、前記組織切除プローブの切除部材を駆動するモータを不作動にするように構成される、請求項13に記載の流体管理及び切除システム。
