Claims (4)
- コイルバネがバネ支持部材に支持されたバネ組立体であって、
前記コイルバネは、少なくとも、複数の第1コイルバネ及び第2コイルバネを有しており、
前記バネ支持部材は、第1支持部材及び該第1支持部材に対向して配置される第2支持部材を有しており、
前記複数の第1コイルバネの一端側が前記第1支持部材の表面側に支持され、
前記第2コイルバネの一端側が、前記第1支持部材の表面側、又は、前記第2支持部材の表面側に支持され、この状態で、前記第2コイルバネは、その他端側が前記複数の第1コイルバネの他端側よりも突出しており、
前記複数の第1コイルバネ及び前記第2コイルバネを縮ませた状態で、前記複数の第1コイルバネの弾性反発力の和が、前記第2コイルバネの弾性反発力よりも大きくなるように構成されており、
前記複数の第1コイルバネの他端側が前記第2支持部材の裏面側に支持されており、
前記第1支持部材及び前記第2支持部材の間には、前記複数の第1コイルバネを圧縮状態に保持する保持手段が設けられており、
前記第2コイルバネが押されると、その他端側が、前記第2支持部材の表面側から突出しない長さとなるように縮んだ後、前記保持手段により圧縮状態に保持された前記第1コイルバネが、その圧縮状態から更に縮むように構成されていることを特徴とするバネ組立体。 - 前記第2支持部材は、前記第1支持部材側に向けて凹んだ凹部を有しており、該凹部の表面側に、前記複数の第2コイルバネの一端側が支持される請求項1記載のバネ組立体。
- 前記保持手段は、前記第1支持部材、及び、前記第2支持部材の前記凹部の間に設けられている請求項2記載のバネ組立体。
- 前記保持手段は、前記第1支持部材に設けられた保持壁と、前記凹部の底壁に設けられた保持突部からなり、
前記保持壁には、前記保持突部がスライド可能に挿入されるスライド孔が形成されている請求項3記載のバネ組立体。
