Claims (4)
- 液体流通用のフロロカーボン系樹脂製の配管と、前記配管と同径部を有するフロロカーボン系樹脂製の管状部材とを、それらの各端部を溶融状態で当接させて接合した接合部の補強部材であって、
該補強部材が、前記接合部の外周部を被覆可能な、前記配管の外径と同じ内径を有する一対のフロロカーボン系樹脂製の半円弧状カバー部材からなり、
前記カバー部材の内周面の幅方向中央部に前記接合部を収容可能な溝部が形成されており、
前記カバー部材に排液孔が形成されている、フロロカーボン系樹脂製配管の接合部の補強部材。 - 前記排液孔がネジ溝を有する、請求項1に記載のフロロカーボン系樹脂製配管の接合部の補強部材。
- 液体流通用のフロロカーボン系樹脂製の配管と前記配管と同径部を有するフロロカーボン系樹脂製の管状部材とを、それらの各端部を溶融状態で当接させて溶着することにより接合し、
この接合部を、前記配管の外径と同じ内径を有し内周面の幅方向中央部に前記溶着による接合部を収容する溝部が形成されている一対のフロロカーボン系樹脂製の半円弧状カバー部材からなる補強部材により被覆し、
該一対のカバー部材と、前記フロロカーボン系樹脂製の配管との接触端部、及びフロロカーボン系樹脂製の管状部材との接触端部を溶接し、
前記カバー部材に排液孔が形成されている、フロロカーボン系樹脂製配管の接合部の補強方法。 - 前記排液孔がネジ溝を有し、該カバー部材の溶接時に前記排液孔から、前記接合部より漏洩する液体を排出可能となっているとともに、該カバー部材の溶接後には該排液孔に止液部材を螺合する、請求項3に記載のフロロカーボン系樹脂製配管の接合部の補強方法。
