Claims (14)
- 管状の形状を備える挿入管と、上記挿入管内に進退可能に挿入される操作ワイヤとを備える内視鏡用把持鉗子であって、
上記操作ワイヤがワイヤ本体とワイヤ本体の先端から延びる複数の把持部材とを備えており、
それぞれの把持部材が把持本体を備えており、
複数の上記把持部材が挿入管に挿入された挿入姿勢において、複数の上記把持本体が周方向に並んでおり、この周方向に並んだ複数の上記把持本体に囲まれた空間が形成されており、
上記把持部材のそれぞれが上記ワイヤ本体の周方向に並べられて固定され、周方向に隣り合う把持部材が互いに周方向に当接している、内視鏡用把持鉗子。 - 上記把持部材が上記把持本体の先端から半径方向内向きに延びる爪を備えている請求項1に記載の鉗子。
- 上記挿入姿勢において上記把持部材が弾性変形しており、上記把持部材が上記挿入管から突出した突出姿勢において半径方向外向きに拡径しうる請求項1又は2に記載の鉗子。
- 上記ワイヤ本体の外周面に上記把持部材のそれぞれが周方向に並べられて固定されており、上記ワイヤ本体の外周面において、周方向に隣り合う把持部材が互いに周方向に当接している請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の鉗子。
- 上記把持本体が、上記ワイヤ本体に固定された根元と、先端と、この根元と先端との間に位置する大径部とを備えており、
上記把持部材が上記挿入管から突出した突出姿勢において、上記把持本体が根元から上記大径部に向かって軸方向に対して半径方向外向きに傾斜して延びており、上記大径部から先端に向かって軸方向に対して半径方向内向きに傾斜して延びている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の鉗子。 - 上記複数の把持本体が周方向に互いに当接して並べられた状態において、この複数の把持本体が形成する外周面の輪郭が軸方向に垂直な断面において円形を形成している請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の鉗子。
- 上記把持本体の軸方向に垂直な断面において、半径方向内側から外側に向かって周方向幅が大きくなっている請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の鉗子。
- 上記把持本体が、互いに隣り合う把持本体の周方向の端面が当接させられた状態で中空パイプ形状を形成する請求項7に記載の鉗子。
- 上記把持本体の軸方向に垂直な断面の形状が円弧形状である請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の鉗子。
- 芯部材を備えており、
上記ワイヤ本体が貫通穴を有する中空パイプ形状を備えており、
上記芯部材が上記ワイヤ本体の上記貫通穴と複数の上記把持部材が周方向に並んで形成する上記空間とに軸方向に進退可能に挿入されている請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の鉗子。 - 上記芯部材が芯本体と芯本体の先端に取り付けられた針とを備えている請求項10に記載の鉗子。
- 上記芯本体と上記針とが中空である請求項11に記載の鉗子。
- 上記芯部材が芯本体と芯本体の先端に取り付けられた電気メスとを備えている請求項10に記載の鉗子。
- 上記芯部材が芯本体と芯本体の先端に取り付けられた磁石とを備えている請求項10に記載の鉗子。
