Description
Claims (6)
- 記録媒体に形成された第1方向に幅を有するマークをその検出領域で検出する、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に平行な回動軸を中心に回動可能に支持されたマーク検出器と、
前記マーク検出器を前記第1方向へ駆動する駆動部と、
前記回動軸を中心とする前記マーク検出器の回動角度を判断する角度判断部と、
前記角度判断部により判断された前記マーク検出器の回動角度に基づき前記駆動部により前記マーク検出器の前記第1方向における位置を調整することで、前記検出領域と前記マークとの前記第1方向における位置を合わせる制御部と
を備える印刷装置。 - 前記第1方向における前記マークの位置を記憶する記憶部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記記憶部に記憶された前記マークの位置と、前記角度判断部により判断された前記マーク検出器の回動角度に基づき前記駆動部により前記マーク検出器の前記第1方向における位置を調整することで、前記検出領域と前記マークとの前記第1方向における位置を合わせる請求項1に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記第1方向における前記マークの位置を示す情報の入力を受け付けるマーク位置入力部を備え、
前記記憶部は、前記マーク位置入力部に入力された情報が示す前記マークの位置を記憶する請求項2に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記駆動部により前記マーク検出器を前記第1方向へ移動させつつ前記マーク検出器の検出値を監視した結果に基づき前記第1方向における前記マークの位置を確認し、
前記記憶部は、前記制御部が確認した前記マークの位置を記憶する請求項2に記載の印刷装置。 - 前記記録媒体の種類の入力を受け付ける媒体種入力部と、
前記媒体種入力部に入力された前記記録媒体の種類に応じた角度に前記マーク検出器の回動角度を調整するように指示する角度指示部と
を備え、
前記角度判断部は、前記媒体種入力部に入力された前記記録媒体の種類に基づき前記マーク検出器の回動角度を判断する請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の印刷装置。 - 記録媒体に形成された第1方向に幅を有するマークをその検出領域で検出する、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に平行な回動軸を中心に回動可能に支持されたマーク検出器を前記第1方向へ駆動する工程を備え、
前記マーク検出器を前記第1方向へ駆動する工程では、前記回動軸を中心とする前記マーク検出器の回動角度に基づき前記マーク検出器の前記第1方向における位置を調整することで、前記検出領域と前記マークとの前記第1方向における位置を合わせるマーク検出器の位置調整方法。
